How hard it is for the prospective grad students who'll apply for masters at NAU to secure a GTA or GSA job??

I'm also hoping to obtain this. From talking to professors and such. It is a small chance you get into grad school itself....someone told me it was under 5% Idk if this is accurate though.

I've emailed the department and GATW and asked for details on it but I got no response, and because of this no communication, I am kind of 2nd guessing if i should apply or not

If your lucky and have a grad student as a professor or just a cool professor. Go to their office hours to talk about it. I informed my professor of my intent of applying to grad school and that I had questions. I went to her office hours.

Depends on the department's funding. You should ask them directly

There's no response from them, it's like they read the emails but don't reply, I can't decide if I should apply at nau or not for masters

Go visit the front office in person. It’s impossible to ignore someone standing in front of them. And let them politely know that you’ve sent multiple emails with no response.

Try calling them, most departments have a secretary that you can reach by phone
Also the school is under massive budget cuts, with some departments having lost their masters programs. Something to keep in mind
