My mom died in Manila 10 years ago. May mga lupa s'ya sa province na inaayos namin through an extrajudicial settlement. One of the requirements ay Certificate of No Landholdings at the place of Death.

Meron bang may experience with getting that certificate? Like anong requirements, turn around time, schedule ng pagkuha, and if pwede na ba photocopies ng requirements or dapat original?

I've messaged city hall pero walang reply. Also tried calling them pero wala ding nasagot. Nasa province pa kasi kami and we'd have to set several days and an entire trip para dito. I am hoping to get any info para we can be efficient sa pagkuha ng certificate pagdating sa Manila.

Sobrang dami na nila. Binebenta namin ang bahay namin, pero sa tuwing may nag-oocular visit natturn-off sila sa mga homeless sa tapat at tabi namin.
