My first LSU football game exceeded all expectations. I knew it would be loud, but that was INSANELY loud lol

college gameday and then the game itself, 1 of the best memories I will ever have.

Death Valley is an amazing place.

I came for the experience but also to get feedback on my custom design sunglasses. I got nothing but positive feedback, which made this trip completely worth it.

My shades even made it on TV, which was an unreal feeling. But honestly, the excitement and support I got from people in person made all the hard work feel like it finally paid off. 🍻🍻🍻

I’m traveling for work and the second I found out about my trip I immediately looked up the schedule. Going to a SEC game has always been high up on my bucket list and damn am I glad it was an LSU game!!

I wanted to go all in so we stopped to get some LSU gear and drove up from Gulfport with no tickets and just hoped for the best. I just wanted to experience the atmosphere. Sadly we got there too late to tailgate and the rain had started by the time we walked to campus.

I had no jacket or any rain gear and I got absolutely DRENCHED. But that sure as hell didn’t stop me from making the walk to the stadium to look for last minute tickets. We got incredibly lucky and got some amazing seats for a great price.

I was pumped from the second we got to Baton Rouge and I just had a feeling we were gonna get tickets. This game was absolutely worth the long drive, the money, the delay, and getting poured on for hours! Easily one of the best experiences of my life.

I had read post through this sub and wrote on my shirt that it was my first game. I was hoping to have a bunch of people sign my shirt too but the rain had other ideas 😅.

I’m going down to NOLA today and I’m planning on wearing the shirt again. Please! If you’re down in NOLA and you see me I’ll be carrying around a sharpie and would love to get it covered in some signatures so I can hang it up in my garage.

Did anyone else experience any undercooked food at the concession stands during the weather delay? I think we had some rubbery chicken tenders that have had me with some gastrointestinal distress for the past 2 days. I wonder if they rushed a bunch of food out because everyone was trying to eat during the delay. It’s been the worst part of the game experience for me by far.

We are obviously going to destroy Ole Miss on their own field in 2 weeks. Who else is going to fall to the most complete team in the country this year: Texas and or Bama? I know we destroy Bama, Lane knows how important that win is but how do we feel about beating Texas?

I’ll be flying in from Washington to visit LSU for the Alabama game on November 7th with my dad and we want to get the full gameday experience. What kinds of things would you guys recommend doing? How do you get into tailgates if you don’t know anyone? We were thinking about bringing a case of beer and some food and walking around. We will be rooting for LSU though don’t worry haha

I want to say one part involved apologizing for fans throwing gumbo from the stands that was made by a cousin north of I10 who can’t cook for dick.
