I’ve been consistently drinking water this month and I feel so great

Same! This is the first time in my life I've been drinking 2l of water almost everyday. The reason that I've been able to stay consistent is because I bought a water bottle, which is transparent and it's a 2 L bottle. It's very simple for me to just look at it and be like, "Oh it's half left. I still need to drink."

I've been at it for, let's say, 2 weeks now. Honestly I've not not seen crazy differences yet but I hope I do at some point. Skin feels better maybe. Before I used to be drinking like 500 ml of water in a day for as long as I can remember of my life. I'm 23
