Im from the netherlands yes, i used a size 3 silver mepps comet with blue dots

Nice catch. Understanding it’s a PB how often are you catching fish around this size. 1 in every 10 perch or?

Id say about 1 in 10 yes but it mostly depends on what time im fishing. During the day theyre rarely above 25cm but after sundown the big ones come out and then i regularly catch around 35 to 40cm perch

Interesting. I will have to see if that can work here in the US.
I usually catch a lot of perch during the day but they are all smaller.

Interesting, I've never seen a perch that color. Here in the US they are yellow or olive with dark vertical bars

This one had the dark bars as well but they dissappear after i kill them
