Asking Question (Rule 4) Bold texts with capitalized words and period at the end or not
Would you rather choose all capital words with comma or just the first word is capital?

ok so heres the thing, the all caps with periods feels like a robot barking orders, the sentence case with comma is way more human. i get what you're going for with the bold but the first one reads like a ransom note, second one actually flows and people will actually read it

Neither one imo. The Title Case doesn't need the full stop and they both wrap awkwardly, with "real" on its own line.
Reduce font size or increase the width for the text to wrap better, and either pick Title Case with no punctuation or sentence case with or without punctuation. If it was me, I'd iterate on the top option (Sentence case, no punctuation) to wrap the text better.

Title case should be without, sentence case should be with. As long as it’s consistent with the other pages there isn’t really a preference between the two, more of a brand styling thing.

US media and advertising uses it heavily, British English rarely if at all.

Ah ok. I guess I haven't noticed this myself. Where I have worked (in the USA) we have always followed AP stylebook guidelines for titles. Not at all trying to diminish your point, though.

The way the word “real” is being orphaned should probably be addressed.
