Praise! Culverās tent at my cityās fair!!
galleryCulver's had a tent at Arts, Beats, and Eats this weekend in my city!! I shrieked when I saw it. They had pull tabs where you got to pick from a Culver's koozie, bracelet, or card for a free scoop later. They also had a cow to take pics with and gave away a free scoop of their vanilla custard. I ā¤ļø Culver's!

Question For the people that work at Culverās, why donāt you ever put napkins in the bags for drive thru?
It happens literally every time I go, to the point I had to start asking them to put napkins in the bagā¦and if I forget to ask I always think āthey will remember this timeā and they donāt š©š©š©

All, I might be slow, but when are pumpkin shakes back at Culverās usually? I went yesterday to my local one in WI and I didnāt see them there.
Is it usually October-ish?

Question Smoke Breaks are stupid
I want to know if anyone else has this same frustration over this fact.
I work at Culver's, and am increasingly annoyed about how often people in the kitchen go for smoke breaks. This leaves me and occasionally one other person to solo kitchen for 30 minutes. They take multiple 10-30 minute smoke breaks, and take their own lunch breaks on top of this. They are clocked in for the smoke breaks as well. I have tried talking to my manager about this, only to receive the response "that's just how it is.". At this point I would rather be a runner all day then be in the kitchen for even an hour. And I won't go for smoke breaks myself because I'm not destroying my body for breaks.

Question My owner is fucking nuts.
This guy... I tell ya never comes to the restaurant unless he wants food, doesn't fix anything at all ( we had a fucking griddle to use for our grill for almost two weeks, until one of his slum mechanics came, multiple things broken, roof leaks and yet he wants to bulid another drive thru line) and literally have to work in extreme heat (we are in florida) without any comfort of air conditioning.(keeps it at 78 and put a lock on the box. What should I do as a manager? Hes not there to voice my concerns to and neither is the operational manager. Place is starting to feel corrupt... what can I do?

Story Broke our sales record tonight
I guess people didn't want to cook for the first week of the school year because we hit $4000 in one hour and even the store owner was struggling on middle, it was worse than any Friday we had during lent. We had three managers and the owner in the kitchen and barely had any orders under 10 minutes during the dinner rush. All three sinks were overflowing with dishes and it's a miracle we got out only 50 minutes after close.

Title.
No such button on their website after placing the order, and no such button in my email. Only "I'm Here." š¤

Praise! Tried Culvers while in Tampaā¦
Wow oh wow! I love burgers, everywhere I travel (mainly north east states) I try their burgers. Iāve seen the hype for Culvers and Whataburger for years and finally went down south and remembered those two titans. I absolutely loved Culvers (got it 2 days in a row) and absolutely hated whataburger. Please come to the north east please!

Question Reward points earned without providing rewards code
I am wondering if Culverās automatically applies rewards to your Culverās account if the credit card number is recognized. I definitely was not at a Culverās in Morris Illinois last month (I live in Arizona), but my husband may have stopped there on a business trip. We use the same credit card sometimes, but he does not have access to my Culverās rewards account. How did this happen??
Edit - apparently I didnāt make this clear, I discussed this with my husband, he does not have access to my Culverās account and says he did not use it

Question Shakes
I live in Wisconsin, and have been going to Culverās for quite some time. I always get a chocolate shake, add peanut butter. Today was the first time I realized that Iām getting vanilla custard with chocolate syrup, and peanut butter sauce.
I always thought the chocolate-ness of the shake was different than the normal chocolate custard, and now I know why.
What is the reasoning behind using vanilla and adding chocolate syrup when you literally have rivers of chocolate custard coming out of your machines. Tbh, it kinda upsets me that thatās the default and I have to specifically ask for chocolate custard if I want a chocolate shake. Thatās insane to me.
Edit: thanks for all the replies. I learned something today. Iāll def have to ask for a subbed chocolate custard shake because I would like to try it, but I suppose there is a chance I wonāt like it.

Employee Question Scheduling issues
Hi! I started working this week at a newly opened location. We've been open 3 days now. I was scheduled Mon-Thurs 10-4 and Fri-Sun 11-4. I confirmed this on Teamworx multiple times.
However, we had issues on Teamworx. Some people were put in twice. I was one of them.
They said they got it fixed but as they did, it deleted my shifts from Thursday-Sunday. Said 'Day off.' When I should not have been. I talked to the owner of the location. (Sweet lady btw <3).
She said, okay, we'll fix that. She came up to me later, said she got it fixed.
I check after I clock out... Nothing. In fact, it said my shifts for today and yesterday were days off. I still plan on coming in tomorrow as scheduled as she told me to do. And I'll talk to her again.
But I really do think this was a mistake and not a soft termination; it's only my third day, and I believe I've been doing good. We aren't even timed yet as it is the first week of opening. Also, I've been an extremely quick learner. I've learned and mastered multiple positions and been praised on learning among the fastest of the trainees. Just today I was multitasking custard, running orders (both drive and dine-in) and even taking payment on drive when nobody was available. I've also been one of the main people checking in on the dining room. All that is to say I do not think it is termination due to inadequacy. (Hell, I was even named in a very positive review of the restaurant on Google.)
Has anyone experienced anything similar? This is my first job, so it does have me worried, but I do have plans to go in tomorrow as originally scheduled to talk to the owner again.

Story Wrongfully fired
I had got the job at my store in September 2022 and was working there till July of 2026. I had always done as told and was trying to work up to shift leader for 2 years straight. I was constantly asking why I wasnāt getting it and management always avoided the questions until they told me that the carpal tunnel I got in 2025 DUE to them having me scoop custard basically every day has made all the progress from before no longer count. After that I had looked into getting i different job due to the discrimination (I wasnāt having any luck) my brothers who I worked with had even messaged the GM saying how I was being treated was extremely unfair in which he responded by telling my brother that it was none of his business and if he had a problem with it then he should quit. After this I began having panic attacks at work nearly every shift. Then during one of my shifts the MOD had put my best friend outside on a tablet to take orders in the 96 degree weather for a hour straight. When she came inside she was visibly unwell to the point where it interrupted my break and I ran to get her a drink. The managers present had brushed her off and just told her to stand in the freezer. I went into the back with her while still in my break and she was left completely alone. She was pale weak and shaking and eventually passed out in my arms with management nowhere to be seen. I had to scream at other coworkers to get someone. When the MOD came into the back she was still playing off everything off and saying that itās āpolicyā to keep people outside for a hour straight. She seemed to only care about herself and didnāt ask my friend if she was ok a single time. Seeing my friend being treated so horribly sent me into a panic attack and I began calling her out for treating her poorly. Instead of her taking responsibility on the situation she instead told me to go outside into POD when I was still visibly in distress from the whole situation. Where I very respectfully said āI canāt do that right nowā. Especially with the fact my friend was still on the floor now awake but still shaking and unwell. I ended up telling them that Iād like to go home and have them send my friend home too. Which they luckily complied with. Later that night I was then texted to by the GM and he accused me of being profane to the managers (I never said a single word of profanity) and that I was refusing to listen, and then proceeded to fire me over text. He never once asked for my side of the story and went with whatever the manager told him when she is a known liar. This job had caused an unhealthy amount of stress to the point where I began loosing hair towards the end of it and began having stress caused migraines. I couldnāt believe the fact that they would care so little for one of their most loyal employees who was with them for nearly 4 years and fire them over text like it was nothing. We had even contacted the owners over these issues and was completely ignored. If anyone else has or is dealing with this kind of mistreatment I know how it feels.

Employee Question first job at Culverās
I just got my first job at Culverās and yesterday was my orientation. I went in ready to learn but was sent out after getting my uniform and downloading some apps. Iām scheduled to work tomorrow but I donāt know what to do when I get there. I donāt know anyoneās names and I wasnāt showed how to do anything at all. Do I just walk in and say āhi iām here for my first day!ā Iām seriously so confused. The shift is labeled as āteam meetingā as well so Iām confused as to whether itās training or something else? I know I sound really stupid but I donāt even know how to clock in!! I cried this morning after waking up because I was so stressed about it. I donāt normally post on here at all but I genuinely have nobody else to ask about this. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Question Whatās up with the ranch lol
Where is the flavor lol. Where is the herbs or chunks of anything. It looks like mayonnaise. Never had Culverās ranch before, wonāt get it again. I do like their signature sauce tho.
