What’s a tiny achievement that would sound insignificant to everyone else but you’re genuinely proud of?
For me, probably finally being able to do a proper push-up. It’s such a tiny thing that nobody around me really cared, but I remember getting the first clean one and thinking, “WAIT, I CAN ACTUALLY DO THIS?” 😭

That's actually really cool. People don't realize how hard a proper push up is until they try to do one with good form. Most people cheat by letting their hips sag or not going all the way down.
The first time I got a real one I felt like I just unlocked a new skill. It's not about the number, it's about that moment where your body finally does what you've been training it to do.
Congrats, seriously. It's not small at all.
