Over? Under?
Sideways? Down?
Edit: To be clear. the sideways down thing is from a song. Over, Under, Sideways, Down. By The Yardbirds. I’m just curious if you think they’re overdone or underdone

Cooked Some Bacon Today🥓
Wright Applewood is the ONLY brand I will buy if I can help it. Saved all the rendered fat too of course.

Bacon-wrapped potatoes, anyone?
I didn’t have enough bacon to wrap all potato wedges but the delicious bacon fat seeped through each and every piece anyway… 🤤

Should unsmoked bacon never opened that was in the fridge be eaten?
I have just opened a package of bacon that expired nearly two months ago and I've just realised that it was a bit frozen. Do you reckon is it ok to eat?

Decided to microwave some bacon so I can continue watching anime without constantly needing to look at a frying pan

Home cured bacon for everyone!
Two weeks after I started, the pork belly was cured and sliced. Let the sizzling begin!

Is over cure possible? What should I do?
I but 3 lbs of pork belly in a cure, using Prague Powder, and put this in the fridge.
Well life got in the way and it’s been in the fridge for 5 or 6 weeks.
Can I still use this? Should I do anything differently with it?
