I recently transferred to another club and requested a day off months ago, the schedule came out for that day and it was neither approved or denied. I asked my manager to give me that day off two weeks before since it still wasn't approved. I've also had issues using my sick time since my transfer. Seems like nobody at my new club listens to the call out line and approves sick time and vacation time. Does anyone else have this same issue?

so last month i requested off for august 30th and september 5th but a month later nothing was approved and by the time the 30th came, still no approval and i had to call out that day. but luckily i told the manager that i’m under that i requested to take september 5th off and he handled it immediately. usually when i request off i’m approved within a couple of weeks but this time it was so weird. i don’t know what’s going on
