He used it in person with them during the pod, with no pushback, and has used it previously. MLH didn't even address it in the clip that's been posted. Why is Joe THIS comfortable using the word?

With Joe allegedly making $20 million a year off podding and the podcast pattern growing at a certain point niggas are gonna want some sort of increase in pay or an increase where it makes them some what wealthy. Do you think that at least one of them will ask for a big increase or do you think it's a situation where none of them believe they could make what they make podding alone so they'll just keep taking the bread?

But what about our parents & Grandparents who may or may not indulge in Hip Hop? Saying “Nigga” is hip hop is purely ignorant & is proof that Joe (triple entendre don’t even ask me how) don’t acknowledge the history of the word.
If an older female family member of mines saw a white guy like Fat Joe say “nigga” in the manor he says it, they would be scared. That word has more history to it than Hip Hop

The N word existed before boogie down Bronx or Roxanne Shante, etc.
