Where do I find ammo for this gun?
This might be a stupid and simple question. But I found this weapon drop on a legendary enemy when rescuing Valentine. No vender so far seems to sell the ammo.

I’m going through it and doing the quest to find the “treasures”, I painstakingly disarm every laser beam, under city hall, there’s the computer with the city income and expenditures that shows the mayor spent more than the revenue earned because of the ceremony , and get to the protected room where it’s basically a time capsule from 2077 dedicated to preserving a bit of history for the future. Is that it? Because then I found Silverhand’s note detailing the military grade security system and “letting others in and letting the turrets deal with them”? All cryptically? It just kind of feels like I missed a piece of the puzzle

One of mine is heading to Graygarden when I am about to hit level 20, every run. I get up on the overpass when I hit 20 and watch the flying saucer crash from up there.

I still suck at character creation but at this version looks better. Also her name is Noralee a combo of the character’s name and the name of Dolly’s character in 9 to 5, Doralee.
A lot of items that you can pick up and throw can block incoming projectiles and melee attacks. The shopping cart is relatively large and will cover almost your entire body. Perfect for blocking enemy hits
Not to mention they can be used as handheld elevator too haha

Pretty much what it is though...between playing house (building settlements) and dress-up (outfitting NPCs with armor and weapons) and then a messy family dynamic that plays out in the wasteland, its battle barbies. Its still fun but i mean call it like it is...

Hi Again! I've just released my new mod Lord Kugenheim's Modular Militia Hats for Fallout 4 on PC which is a big expansion of the vanilla Militia and Minutemen Hats! It always bugged me how basic the minutemen hats were (and how Preston fully monopolies 50% of the hats), so now you can mix and match colours, accessory and hat-band for over 190 combinations. Even better most of them actually go together!
Let me know what you think!

This random settler walking past CC said only "huh?" And "yes?" when I tried to interact, so I used holding a rifle to scoot him into the settlement boundary and workshop ordered him to farm mutfruit, which added him to my settler count. I knew I could, that's not surprising, but what is surprising is how the "move" option is grayed out for him like the original 2.
At that point, I'd basically only tossed up a couple turrets and a small shack with 2 better beds, and scrapped the original 2 mattresses, so it said I was short a bed. I know there are 3 separate settlers and all 3 of them can't be moved from county crossing. I'm not looking to move him but it's weird, why would he become permanent?

Finally played this game.
I blasted through the main story as I wanted to find shaun. Then I was genuinely disappointed at what he became and quite deflated by the story overall. I read everyone's take on it and agreed with the general negativity.
Then I realised my next steps , I was truly role-playing. I took to the wasteland, killed things did quests helped people. I was a bit broken and aimless.
After many many hours i was then given the mission to find the girl at far harbour ( im half way through it now).
I dont know whether they intended this but I feel this is the perfect order to play the game. Finding her has become my goal and mission. I failed in saving my wife and son but I won't fail in finding her.
Feels like it makes the story work? I don't know what do you all think?

We know that DiMA has to delete certain memories to free up memory space. We also know he deletes the memories of his contingencies for Far Harbor, the Nucleus, and the whole "Avery" thing.
What I'm wandering how far that goes?
He considers Confessor Martin a dear friend, and a "good man," that the Children of Atom only turned nasty after his passing.
However, from Old Longfellow's story, we know that on at least one occasion, the Children kidnapped someone to induct into their cult which is ... I mean honestly, if they make a habit of things, then Allen's stance on them is utterly justified. And considering how far back that was, it couldn't have happened under the current High Confessor.
DiMA, on the other hand, seems to consider Martin an excellent person.
I mean, it could just be that he didn't learn about it ... but considering what we know about DiMA's memory habits, it feels a bit suspicious. Not to mention how many other memories he might have offloaded without saving them on external memory banks.
Thoughts?

i decided this time I'm going to roleplay as though i only know what my character knows, and she's started with all her points in charisma and intelligence. i imagine she was an academic, possibly a scientist in her past life. so far she's cleared out a couple of easy locations, got to grips with trading, and is working on rebuilding Sanctuary. she's just stumbled upon vault 84, which has opened her mind the idea that other vaults exist, and maybe Shaun is in one of them.
trying to avoid main quests as (although I'm perfectly capable of it) Cassie is wary of clearing out the Corvega Plant before she feels ready - she hasn't picked up a gun in her life and is currently learning through killing low level bugs and Gunner settlements. she helped Paladin Danse stave off the horde of ghouls and the carnage made her leave immediately instead of continuing his quest. she's also made it to Diamond City and turned around until she feels like she's ready, the shock of 200 years passing will do that to you!
the only vaults I remember off the top of my head are the Gary one, and the one where drug addicts lived for a long time in sobriety, before they found out there was a secret stash of drugs available to them and killed each other trying to get them.
any recommendations for someone who has fully completed this game years ago, but enough time has passed that i might have forgotten some of the best lore locations?
thanks and have a great day! :⁰)

I don't think I've seen a more extreme example of this glitch. He is labeled a settler, but I can't assign him to anything. This settler won't heal either. No matter how much time I spend away from Covenant, this guy stays shredded beef.
