Love is a fascinating thing; honestly, I don't think I've ever truly loved anyone other than my family, yet I feel a void in my chest—a lingering hope that someday I’ll find someone who wants to share the genuine feeling of liking someone. I’m still not sure if it’s real; I see so many people posting things like "love doesn't exist," while others say "love is real—it exists," and I find myself torn between the two views: one part of me believes someone will truly love me, while the other feels there is no one in this world who could make me feel completely whole. It’s hard to explain; I know I shouldn't depend on another person to feel fulfilled, but it would be nice to share my thoughts with someone who understands me—or at least tries to.

Love is nothing to be played with. It’s a commitment beyond words. It’s a hearts promise to be with the “together” and to make yourself stronger through the love of each other. Respect for the love between each other is the most valuable part of being loved. Placing the love above the individual is how much love is the gift of being with each other.
