Got hit with a huge fucking brick a few months ago.
Had a friend of 2 years that was amazing at singing and saw on a daily basis(we weren't too tight or anything, but we did see each other a lot.), we always met up in VRchat and did Karaoke and shit, guy has the Voice of an angel, I had my own group of like 1K members and I hosted events like singing competitions and shit, he missed the event that he would participate in and I was like, y'know, no biggie, people miss shit.
So a guy suddenly comes into my DM's and says he's got this Google doc, shows it to me, and turns out the guy has been a pedophile/child molester for years and keeps on changing identity online, I go on to verify everything(you HAVE to in these situation cuz god knows they're lying about it and shit), and it's all real screenshots and videos, and I go on to confront him about it, and he instantly blocks me and deletes his Discord account.
I decided to just contact his mother and the FBI, turns out his mom was in the dark about all of this shit, but she was happy I told her about it, she did see some signs here and there but it wasn't enough to proof anything and it wasn't as bad as what was in the Google doc, I still have no idea if the guy ever got arrested or not. Shit was sad af cuz his mom is sweet as hell the way she talked and shit.
Shit impacted me so much that it caused me to give ownership of my group away cuz I did not want to deal with that shit ever again lmfao.
The fact that this guy was going to be in the competition, and potentially win, just yughhh, this also just goes to show that no matter how much talent a person has, that does not mean they're a total saint.
I found out one of my coworkers, whom I've worked closely with for close to two years, is a pedophile. Had no idea. Got exposed by a TCAP show. He's a brilliant mechanic and engineer, friendly at work and always super helpful. Had a wife and kids and a huge house - living the American dream.
Crushed so many of us at work when we all found out.
I bought a used car for one of my kids at a small dealership. The sales guy was fair and honest. He made some minor repairs at no extra charge before I picked up the car.
When it came time to buy a car for the next kid, I looked the guy up. In jail for killing his wife.
One afternoon I’m on the treadmill at the gym. The TV is on with the sound off. A mugshot of my cleaning lady pops up. She’s in jail for allegedly killing her husband.
I told my wife I fired her because she never cleaned the ceiling fans.
I had some extra time at work last week and was cleaning off my desk. I came across the card of a prospect that was due a follow up call. Turns out he’s doing eight years in the state pen for a hit and run that killed a motorcycle rider.
This is why I avoid conflict, stay away from road ragers, and generally mind my own business. Crazy folks are everywhere.

reminds me of someone who was claiming to port undertale/deltarune/one shot freeware to the 3DS/Wii U and kept saying shit like that she got a lawsuit from materia, that she was getting a lot of hate, leaks, that she was suicidal and doing self harm... Even gave the project to a friend from "stress" but then it turned out that not only all she did was fake but also stole art, possibly a pedophile and a looot of bad stuff I dont remember who kept changing names and suicide baiting. Her name was iza/yuzu or something. Good thing is that her ex friends are ACTUALLY doing the project and porting undertale/deltarune to wii u and 3ds (one shot was replaced for practically being playable in both and because undertale yellow)
If he cheated on her with 30 REAL people, that would be morally disgusting but it would also be kind of genuinely impressive.

Some people feel that their value is better if they are lets say dating 30 people at the same time it is an achievement for them and for people like this one normal realationship will not be enough and they will never be happy with only one partner (they can change obviously)

there is an extremely rare syndrome that you can be born with that causes you to feel no pain at all. that causes funny things like getting ran over by a car for 200ft straight, not feeling anything, and having to be hospitalized without knowing why. that happened to a kid with the syndrome once.
the other day or so, me and a buddy watched some random open cases in CSGO. dude pulled like 4 knives in one morning and obviously had walls on. streamed his discord for some reason, had a ticket open to a cheat provider in discord DMs, so on
he dodged and got intentionally stupid and dense when we eventually jumped on him about it. we were hinting at it while he was playing before we decided to confront him, blaming "Clara". he faked his entire CS inventory and paid for cheats 🥀
yup, he had a bunch of fake cases and pulled fake dopplers and shit. even traded up for fake shit. the idiot had his steam profile linked, so we looked at his inventory and the dawg ain't had shit lol
Beyond all that, how does one even... have the time for any of them? Were they in the same group? Did they know each other? What man gets up in the morning, looks at his 29th partner and goes "you know what, let's make it 30, really even it out."

Got a longtime friend who my whole friendgroup just found out has been cheating on his wife with some chick he met on Red Dead. And then the Read Dead chick found out about his wife and dumped him so he’s uber-fucked now.
Was friends with this dude online for a long time. We played a ton of games and hung out. We became great friends.
A few years later, I found his name under the sex offender list in his state. His picture matched up with the profile. All details matched up.
I confronted who I thought was my best friend, and he lied to my face. I am not getting into details, but I had figured it out and he tried to make it seem like it wasn’t him.

I don’t speak with him anymore. It makes me so incredibly sad.
