1930s Enamelware Tiffin!
I had no idea this was even a thing. It is likely 1930s. It perfectly complements my addiction to both enamelware and Indian food!

Definitely a tiffin! It’s a type of lunch box/food holder originating out of India. Each section holds only maybe 2.5 dry cups, so not very big.
