Ended up saying that to a girl on the headset today.
I thought my question was simple, “Do I have to do something on the app to get the free Runza deal?”
But instead I got some teenage girl ridiculing me because I wanted a free Runza. I was like, “no, I want a free Runza with a fry and a drink.” She kept on saying things like, “we don’t just give out free Runza,” and, “that’s not how that works.”
I was just about to pull around to the window and show her my phone (and maybe complain to someone) when finally a guy broke in and asked what kind of drink I wanted. At least he knew what I was talking about, and showed me what button to push on my phone.
But damn, Runza. Train your cashiers to know the promos. Or in this case, train your cashier to be a good human.

I just want the Runza leadership to know that the shrinkflation of chicken strips has been, and will continue to be, a massive disappointment.
I just moved back to this state to find they replaced the chicken strips with some imposter slimmer, mushier version. The salads, snack wraps, and entree will never be the same. Even the ranch can’t cover this loss.

Here's my bio, sorry it's in the third person: Dan Alten is a charming goofball from Kentucky who has been traveling the country for the past decade doing about 200 shows a year bringing his intelligently surreal bebop nonsense everywhere from theaters to punk basements to art galleries to beloved comedy clubs with a knack for making audiences feel like they're on a good psychedelic trip without the drugs. Like if the Ramones were one guy with a mustache and good jokes. Iggy Pop with puns. Clever chaos. Like Jimi Hendrix lighting fire to a Tik Tok reel live on stage. He has opened for Kyle Kinane, Bobcat, Sam Tallent, Rory Scovel, Sarah Sherman from SNL, Johnny Pemberton, Hari Kondabolu, rapper Open Mike Eagle, DJ Doug Pound & David Leibe Hart from Tim & Eric, various punk bands with silly names, and a guy at an open mic who tried to throw his father’s ashes into the crowd. He has recorded 2 albums, written a zine, and filmed a pilot for an Amazon Prime stand up show that was lost to history. But most importantly he’s very funny and unique. You will enjoy him. And if not you can mud wrestle him after the show.

If you are a fan of stuff like Comedy Bang Bang, Twisted Metal, Tomorrow War, or the Birthday Boys, you will know the hosts Mike Mitchell and Nick Wiger. Their comedy podcast is in its 10 year, and they review chain restaurants across the country. This is their first time in Omaha so of course they are reviewing Runza! Some tickets are still available for Wednesday at Funnybone.

So we all know that io-a has bad corn, but does Illinois actually have good corn?

We take the hammer from the seal on the current flag, and we add a sickle to symbolize our states agricultural. We would have to do red instead of blue because of the huskers(go big red!). Finally, the five point star is to symbolize the Huskers five national championships. Let me know what y’all think and if anything should be changed.
