Whether youโre traveling, studying, or working in Chengdu, Iโd love to meet up and have a chat! Iโd like to make more international friends and learn about different cultures. Iโm fluent in English, and Iโd also be happy to help if you have any questions about Chengdu.

I'm solo travelling to China from 13/10 ~ 20/10. First time solo traveller, and first time flying to China. I've made an itinerary, that visits several places in Chongqing and Chengdu. I thought of adding Jiuzhaigou, but ultimately dropped it for 2 days in Chengdu which include Leshan and Dujiangyan. With the limited amount of time I have, should I drop Leshan and Dujiangyan to properly expore Jiuzhaigou instead? Meaning it would be 13/14 in Chongqing, 15/16 in Jiuzhaigou and the rest in Chengdu. I ask this because I'd be going by ground, not by flight, so the travel time is quite long. Thanks for any input!

A small mishap while visiting the Forbidden City in Beijing. Don't make the mistake I did of confusing the Palace Museum (the Forbidden City) with the National Museum located across from it. Since the crowds were bigger than usual, security staff were channeling the flow of people arriving from the subway, and with jetlag not helping matters, I ended up in the line for the National Museum before realizing my mistake at the ticket check...
So you need to spot the right exit for the Palace Museum/Forbidden City and have a good map app to avoid getting it wrong.

Hey everyone!
Has anyone traveled to Nujiang recently? I applied for a L tourist visa and am planning on visiting Bingzhongluo.
I would love to hear your experience and if you had any trouble getting a visa at all. I understand its proximity to Myanmar and Tibet can cause increased review of visa or more information.
Thanks!

I guess now it looks fine. Should I reduce one city and add it up to the other? Any suggestions or does this look fine now?
For clarification:
I'll land in Bejing at 3:40 PM (Capital) on the 10.10 and will depart from Shanghai (PVG) on the 01.11 in 1:35 AM. So my vacation will start in the evening in Shanghai and will and in nightine Shanghai on the 31.10.
Thanks in advance!
