Mannimarcos Fate

Is he like dead now? Fully? He's died about 3 times now throughout the lichdom in ESO, then Molag Bal's super hell, then the Hero of Kvatch. Does this mean he's gone now? Like a non-threat since the only forms of him in the timeline have been dispatched?

No, he achieved Apotheosis and became a God after Daggerfall. At best all you did in Oblivion was defeat a mortal avatar (and that’s if you believe that guy is actually Mannimarco in some shape or form).

King of Worms? More like King of Cockroaches.

Actually that was the mortal Mannimarco

While The Necromancer Moon is also Mannimarco they are different forms

This is because the Warp in the West decided any semblance of causal reality can just mess off

So Mannimarco was both a lich and The Necromancer

HoK killed the Lich

I think the dragon break at the end of Daggerfall made it so that one Mannimarco achieved apotheosis and another Mannimarco stayed as his lich self and when reality collapsed back both of them became true. The Mannimarco in Oblivion might be the one that failed in Daggerfall.

I'm pretty sure this is the answer.

Death is just a vacation for uber-liches like Mannimarco.

He died so many times, who can say he can't die for several more times?

“Did you really think death could stop the most powerful necromancer Tamriel has ever known”

Even disregarding that he became a god, there is no reason to think Mannimarco the lich died permanently in Oblivion. He is consistently established to return when "killed" and we didn’t do anything special to make this time any different.

He becomes the moon canonically.

Nope. He's a God now known as the Necromancer's Moon which is his divine body. He got what he wanted in the end.

His latest death was in Oblivion. From the uesp: The death of Mannimarco's mortal body had no effect on the existence of the Necromancer's Moon. The Shade of the Revenant continued to shine down on Nirn after his death, and necromancers continued to offer souls to the Revenant in order to darken soul gems well into the Fourth Era.

Is he even conscious as the Necromancers Moon? He doesn't seem to do much but occasionally disrupt Arkay, and his "ascension" seems to have only really helped other versions of him.

The events of the Dragon Break caused all the endings of Daggerfall to become cannon at once, effectively making 2 Mannimarcos. One where he achieved apotheosis and became a god in fact he's the necromancer's moon you use to create black soul gems in Oblivion.

The other is the Mannimarco who failed and remained a rich, this is the one we kill in Oblivion

Going by the events of Solstice he was never a Lich.
