Help My shout cooldown reduction might not be working properly

https://gyazo.com/022669b32adb5b0634b427993e0c8e0f

With these shouts learned I have 0% from known words, 3% from mastered words, and 0% from usage. When I learn all the shouts I can, including 3 shouts from throw voice that aren't shown in picture. It's still 0% known words and 3% mastered words. Is this correct and does someone know how the cooldown reduction is calculated?

I'm using the Serenity modlist, so I will look for a solution in their support channel if something is going wrong with my stats.

EDIT:: So I loaded a much older save and found out that my derived stats haven't changed at all since my oldest save. I'm not sure the cause, or if it can be repaired, but any help is appreciated.

The secondary Attributes and Secondary Skill Stats update normally when I learn perks or change gear. Gaining levels and boosting attributes have no effect on derived attributes.

EDIT2:: Solved! set REQ_Internal_VersionSavegame to 40000.00 saving and reloading got it to update, and the Derived attributes are working normally!

Some Requiem Scripts may have stopped working perhaps?

I once had iNeed and Frostfall stop working. No fix. Had to load the save before that happened.

Also, check the Statistics menu to see if the Shout related stats are at their correct values. If they are, Requiem scripts must be failing to update those values.

Part of what I did to check if the derived attributes would change is shout 100~ times, and the times shouted was updating, if that's what you mean

Then seems like Requiem stats script stopped working.

Maybe u/ogerboss would know a way to restart the quest scripts?

You can trick Requiem into believing that it has been updated (and needs to restart the scripts) by setting the internal version to something lower than what's actually installed, saving your game and then reload it. But I currently don't have the details at hand.

I found a very old reference in https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/709775-requiem/page-1381

You have to use the following console command: set REQ_VersionInstalled to xxx

**** WARNINGS ****

First save your game before changing anything: if something doesn't work, you can go back to this save.

Also, first check the actual value of REQ_VersionInstalled. It's probably something like 40100 (when Requiem v4.01 is installed). Change this value to something like 40000. If you make it too low, Requiem thinks that it needs to upgrade from a previous major version and refuses to do so.

set REQ_VersionInstalled to 40000.00 got "variable not recognized"

I looked in console and came up with set REQ_Internal_VersionPlugin to 40000.00 but got this when reloading https://gyazo.com/8f88f3a9ae930a1952d8a052df7891c8

I then changed back to 40001.00 before it sent me to the main menu, where i CTD'd.

I am going to try to change the REQ_Internal_Version associated with the save file now.

**EDIT: It worked! set REQ_Internal_VersionSavegame to 40000.00 saving and reloading got it to update, and the Derived attributes are working normally! Thanks u/noxcrab and u/heckur ! You guys are the best!**

Great job finding the changed variable and getting it back to work!

the solution already described below is the best way to force a restart of the core scripts :)

I did some math using the recent derived attributes post, and found that based on my carry weight stat, the derived attributes stopped working at exactly my oldest save of level 18. The save is the oldest, because I deleted all the other saves, so that they would start over at "1." I didn't want to have 500+ saves in the folder by the end of the account. Anyway, it seems like it could be related to that decision, although I have no idea why it would be.
