Does anyone know what these rooms are in the BUS?

$10 says that that's actually the bathroom. IT doesn't seem to show one anywhere else on the entire blueprint and, since it's so close to the galley, it makes sense.

but then where would they shower? You can't have living quarters and a kitchen in a mobile base without having a shower as well. The Lavatory on a c17 Globemaster III aircraft just contains a japanese-style toilet and a sink. This is an image of inside the bathroom of a real C17 Globemaster III aircraft. (Though IRL, it's located down in the cargo area next to a storage closet: C17 Bathroom location image.
I still think that that's where the showers are.

I like the theory. It's interesting, though, that if that's correct the head is reachable only from the cockpit, not the crew quarters, and does not have a door into the shower room. But I agree designwise it makes sense the head, galley, and showers would all be adjoining so you only had to run water once.

No way the shower room is that large on a plane where space is at a premium. More likely the head is a shower, like you see on some RV's. Tiny, awful, cramped space that doubles as the shitter and the shower.
That big room is probably Coulson's big-ass office that we see a couple of times.

Nope. Coulson's office is in the crow's next. You have to use the staircase in the living area to go upstairs to his office. Also, if you look at my other comment, you'll see a picture of what a real C17 Globemaster III's bathroom looks like. There's no shower in it. As The Bus is the same type of plane but heavily modified, I have to imagine that the head looks somewhat similar. Any showers would have to exist elsewhere.

Like you said, 'heavily modified'. C17's also don't have a head right behind the cockpit.
You aren't supposed to live in a C17, so they don't have showers. If they were going to put a shower in, the easiest thing to do would be to hybridize the head. Limit how much water piping you need and conserve space.
If Coulson's office is listed elsewhere on the diagram then I'd assume that that's some kind of food/general storage room, being directly adjacent to the galley and 'common room'.
Also, it has 2 doors. Why on earth would the shower room have 2 doors and be the size of 4 individual bunks?

Lots of modern bathrooms these days have 2 doors to enter/exit the bathroom and are of that size. Also, don't forget that those bunks were tiny as hell. Just enough space for a bed, 2 shelves, and a spot to walk in the room. They're like closets with beds...almost as big as a modern NYC apartment...lol.
You may not be able to live in a normal C17 but, let's be honest, The Bus was basically a mobile hotel with sofa's, loveseats, TV, full kitchen, a command center, jail cell and science lab all built in. It's like a high-tech Mini Marriott if all the rooms were always occupied.

Plus, we don't ever see the agents actually going anywhere else that they would call a house so...yeah, it's basically their mobile home.But yeah, that room could be a storage pantry for the galley...but then that still begs the question of where they shower.

Those are quite eazy...
the one on the left is what its labeled...the head (toilet).
The larger room below the galley would be a storage for food.
