Employee Question Relocation
Has anyone relocated as a Supervisor and is it worth it? The incentives seem amazing and I’ve been in the company coming up on two years and have only 8 points. Anyone have any advice?

For me the move was worth it. I was also relocating to a higher wage area. So where i was capped out as a supervisor at $17.50/hr i moved and then was capped at $19.50/hr. The gaureented quarterly bonus also greatly helps if you end up going to a store that is struggling with their pillars. It all comes down to really where you are moving. Especially if you think you will actually work out the contract. I know a part of me wishes I didn't because I up and moved away from my entire family and dont drive. So that was very difficult for me. But I also then resigned my contract when the original expired because I needed more money. Overall I would say I dont regret it. It can just be difficult some days

Wait, did you say you re-signed your contract? Do you mean in the same market, or relocated again?

The same market. After my 3 year contract was up they offered another 2 year contract to stay. I took it because I desperately needed the money. Ive been with sheetz for 9yrs now. I didnt see myself leaving any time soon so I figured why not just stay where im at and get an extra couple thousands of dollars for doing something im already doing anyway
