Associate’s in Nursing to NP
Any nurses here who started with an ADN and went on to become a PMHNP? What program did you use, how long did it take, and did you have to get your BSN first or did you do a bridge program?
I’ve been in ED/Psych RN for 11 years and ready for a change!

Have to get your BSN first— you can usually get work to pay for it.

Curious does it have to be a BSN or can it be a bachelors in any subject?

I had a bachelors degree in photography and went into Azusa Pacific’s ELM program. I probably should have continued on to my Master’s, which we were supposed to. But I was really just going to get my degree as fast as possible. It only took 18 months
