How to manage backlogs in university

Hi... So University started for me around 3 weeks ago and I have a lot of readings and lectures to revise. Due to some circumstances I wasn't able to do them but now I have way too many backlogs. I have to do a new reading for the next class every day as well as clear previous stuff. Can someone please help
