Health craze has been going for years now, since Covid run clubs are around and people are more health conscious I feel. Will Pizza Hut get with the times soon?

Hi all my favorite Pizza Hut people!

I used to be a GM for Pizza Hut, left the company about 10 years ago to join the military. Anyway, every once in a while I look online, with no success of yet, to try and buy a pair of the cheesy bite ring tools.

Thought I’d give it a shot here and see if anyone happens to own a pair that they’d be willing to sell. Either way, I appreciate you.

I ordered the My Hut Box and used points for a free personal pizza too. The place was all out of personals so they made me a whole medium, half and half!

Is there any way for me to buy a big bag of this stuff? Reason is, ph discontinued the pizza hut rollers, my favorite thing years ago, I'm trying to make them at home but I can't duplicate the seasoning. I miss them and it sucks :/

I mean it was good but PH pan still isn’t that great to me. I guess it just tastes like it wasn’t baked long enough. I’ll throw the leftovers in a toaster oven tomorrow to crisp up. It was free so can’t really complain

I realize that the brand sold recently, but doubling the price on a small item in less than a month? Wow.

As the title states, it seems like PH is hiring in house drivers at a lot of stores near me. I’m hoping they 86 DoorDash/Uber as a delivery partner to up their quality of service.

Can any managers confirm?

I thought it was very good. Not awesome but very good. No I wouldn't drive 3 hours but wish ours was like this!

Our family orders Pizza Hut maybe once a year (more if I'm lucky) and I've enjoyed its taste for decades. My last order (my own) was many months ago and I thought the store (a different one from my family's regular) got my order wrong. It tasted all wrong. Basic stuffed crust pepperoni, but something was off.

Last night the family was back together, so, we ordered our usual from our family's regular store, and it was the least flavorful, most cardboard, weird ass pizzas we'd ever had.

It's the first time I've refused to take pizza home with me.

I have NO clue what is up, but from what I gather, the recipes have changed completely. The marinara sauce was weird, the crust LOOKED weird and boring, it tasted strange (but hints of that PH flavor coming through), and even more strange, the toppings, even the cheese-only, didn't.... taste like anything.

I said out loud, "I think that's the last time we order PH."

RIP.

No clue where else to try cause I'm loyal to a fault for my restaurants. I guess I have to explore now!

Not a vent, just a sad.

I took my son to see the new paw patrol movie. When I was a kid we always used to go to pizza hut and I thought it might be fun to go to one of these new "retro classic" locations on the way to the theater, just for giggles. The kid is 4, so hes up for just about anything when pizza is involved.

So I thought: why not?

What a mess. We sat down and the whole staff thought we were crazy for being there. Only had bottled drinks. No ice. No cups. No fountain drinks. No juice or milk for kids, so the kid was stuck with bottled water.

Marinara came in a plastic cup, refridgerated.

I left feeling old and depressed. But joke was on me for expecting anything I guess.

Just got the message that Pizza Hut got sold by Yum Brands to some capital investment firm. As most folks know this always spells the end to a company and the products they sell always go down hill.

Expect enshitification in the future. So enjoy it now while you can.

I always order Buffalo sauce on my pizzas from PH because tomato based sauces give me heartburn. Why has both locations in my area have had Buffalo as "Sold out" for 10+ days now? Is this a supply chain thing or happening nationwide?

What's your opinion on Pizza Hut pizzas today? I want to hear from you.

I think the craziest thing is they could probably switch to Coca-Cola products now. I don't think there's any bigger statement they could make should they do so.

So customer order PH and calls me directly just as I’m walking in. Following is the convo, C= customer, M= me. C: Hi, I see you’re picking up my order, I’m wondering what’s going on, I ordered at 3:15 (it is 4:30). M: did you order thru DD? C: No, that’s why I’m calling. I ordered thru PH and now you are picking up. M= did PH charge you a delivery fee? C: yes, $7

So I proceed to tell her that PH will farm orders out to DD when they don’t have drivers and that they keep the delivery fee. I tell her not to worry, I’ll get it and be on my way. She starts bitching up a storm aimed at PH. Mind you this is all on speaker, full volume, so staff and 4 waiting customers heard the whole thing. The staff couldn’t hide the cringe on their faces.

The offer was $5.55 / 3 miles and of course no tip thru DD, however I get there, she hands me a Lincoln and tells me she called that PH and gave them hell. 👏👍👏👍
