Injured/Rescued Pigeon Help NSFW

Yesterday I saw this guy at my feeders. I have a few mourning doves who visit my yard daily. I also have a coopers hawk who keeps coming. I've seen it perched on my fence many times over the last few months. The day before Yesterday I saw a coopers hawk flying over the yard. Usually it perches on the fence but didn't this day. It circled the yard before flying away. So I don't know if this guy got attacked but ending up escaping or what. I just want to know if there is anything I can do. Will he survive on his own?

Rehab immediately If that's not possible, a vet. Just make sure they don't put down feral pigeons.

I hadn't seen him yesterday but today he showed back up on my feeder. He's still eating and able to fly. I will see if i can find him when I get home.
