Not super close, but not super far either by train, Raine Square has a bunch of good places for food.
Sushi at Royal on Royal St East Perth, and a bit further along, the IGA has good curries.

The Chinese buffet style places in the food courts usually sell what's leftover for $8-$10 if you go at 1:30-2:30. I know Enex 100 and 160 Central both have them, I think Brookfield place and Allendale Square is the same.

Deli Gabe is reasonably priced, close to RPH and takes their last lunch orders after 2pm (I think it's 230?).

Honestly, I started making my own a year ago. Saved a tonne, went further and started bringing thermoses of coffee to work.
I'm saving like...$35-$40 per day.
