General Discussion CYCURION (CYCU) - Post-reverse-split comparison with T3 Defense (DFNS). <Remains on HIGH-IMPACT WATCH LIST>

Prior information from 8 days ago (prior to reverse split):

CYCU's reverse split effective date was Friday, Aug 28. The approximate $.47 closing share price the day before mechanically (at 1:8) converted to a post reverse-split share price at ~$3.76.

Keep in mind, immediately post reverse split:

  • CYCU had outstanding shares 3.23M
    • Float 2.43M (as calc'ed by AI from the Q2 2026 10-Q)
  • DFNS (best I could find) had ~.76M outstanding shares

No question that CYCU's float is very low and is worthy of remaining on your HIGH-IMPACT WATCH LIST.

  • See the daily closing-price comparison below and what happened to DFNS from Friday, July 24's close to Monday, July 27's close ... and then for the rest of that week.
  • Do what you will with this information ... the possibility is very interesting.
Date DFNS -- Daily Closing Price
Monday, Jul 20 (Rev Split effective) 4.26
Jul 21 6.57
Jul 22 4.70
Jul 23 3.90
Friday, Jul 24 4.35
Monday, Jul 27 13.10
Jul 28 24.00
Jul 29 50.22
Jul 30 84.98
Friday, Jul 31 27.68
Date CYCU -- Daily Closing Price
Friday, Aug 28 (Rev Split effective) $3.85
Monday, Aug 31 $3.67
Sep 1 $3.12
Sep 2 $3.00

I am in agreement with the CEO that it is VERY undervalued right now and next year will be transformative starting in Q1. Cybersecurity is clearly a growing space, whether gas prices are high or inflation is increasing or whatever. Threats are getting more advanced and are ever-increasing.

From the link at the top of this post:

  • Sales Pipeline as of early August 2026:
    • 122 open opportunities, representing $34M in first-year contract value, including $11M in late-stage pursuits
    • 41 new awards (closes) year-to-date in 2026

Today's PR announces $.8M of that $11M closed.

So what are the parallels of this and DFNS? I'd love to see CYCU rocket after being squeezed, but I'm curious what makes you think that it'll reflect in the same manner that DFNS did, and in the same-ish timeframe?

I am noting the parallels to date of the share price dropping immediately after the reverse split for several days before, at least for DFNS, there was a melt up. The melt-up may have been caused by a micro float. Since CYCUs float is very small, albeit about 3x larger than DFNS's, I might expect potential for a melt-up of maybe 5x to 10x -- IF it is going to happen. Time frame, no one knows. Just keeping track and providing the data to everyone.

Per DFNS's Q2 2026 10-Q, AI tells me they had quarterly revenue of $1.18M, a net income loss of $(1.67)M, and debt to equity ratio of 1.79x.

Per CYCU's Q2 2026 10-Q, AI tells me they had quarterly revenue of $3.75M, a net income loss of $(4M), and debt to equity ratio of 1.11x. However, after June 30, CYCU announced: it's $54.6M 10 year contract, closing on Ally video business for $5M annual revenue, they raised $4.5M in cash, announced a $500k share buy-back over the next 12 months, and today announced another deal closed in a new sector (commercial).

To me, this gives it melt-up potential and it's still a strong buy for where it should be now and has the potential to be by Q1 2027.
