š‘ŗš’•š’š’„š’Œ š‘°š’š’‡š’ AMFN The ONLY Public Aneutronic Fusion Company Set To Uplist and Could Get Institutional Interest

Post image

When a private player like Google-funded TAE Technologies gets snatched up for a massive $6 billion valuation, you know the aneutronic fusion race is officially on.

But because American Fusion ($AMFN), with a mkt cap of $150m, is currently sitting on the OTC ID tier, 99% of retail and institutional investors don't even know it exists yet.Ā

The market hasn't (or maybe can’t) priced in its 5MW Texatron platform and expected commercialization by the end of 2026, making this the ultimate asymmetric play before the OTCQB uplisting (IMMINENT) could force a massive revaluation.Ā

Forget the hype of AI, quantum computing, and space exploration.

The real frontier is energy, specifically aneutronic fusion. It’s the ultimate power source capable of running them all, delivering clean, limitless energy with zero radioactive waste and absolutely no risk of meltdowns.Ā

American Fusion (AMFN) sits completely under the radar as the only standalone, publicly traded aneutronic fusion stock on the market today.Ā

Commercial fusion has been "just a few years away" for decades….but it appears VERY CLOSE now.

Why? Maybe because AI and quantum-level simulations have eliminated the guesswork, allowing physicists to model, test, and perfect plasma physics in software before a single piece of hardware is ever built.Ā Ā

TAE Technologies, in addition to Google, has also been funded by Chevron, Sumitomo, and Charles Schwab, expects to commercialize this tech in 2030…4 years from now.

merican Fusion, with its Texatron, is projected to offer commercialization by the end of 2026 or early 2027.

Here’s why AMFN has been one of the best-performing stocks in 2026, and that’s WITHOUT institutional buying….which could be coming shortly.

Renewal Fuels (RNWF) purchased Kepler Fusion’s technology, IP, and working demos in February 2026.

Then they rebranded the company as American Fusion (AMFN).Ā

Here’s what many don’t know about American Fusion…and why there is a lot of skepticism

Kepler Fusion (the co they acquired) was heavily funded years ago, before modern AI and quantum simulations revolutionized the industry.Ā

That’s one of the many reasons they think they are FOUR YEARS ahead of TAE Technologies for commercialization.

American Fusion (AMFN) offers a rare combination: a penny stock with heavily backed venture capital technology.Ā

And …uplisting to OTCQB is expected ANY DAY.

AMFN is currently restricted by its OTC ID status, but an IMMINENT UPLIST to the OTCQB strips away the restrictive 'penny stock' labels and opens the floodgates for institutional funds and retail brokers who are legally blocked from buying today.

For more information, visit their site, American Fusion Energy dot com, or for a really in-depth report, the link to ā€œAmerican Fusion Looks To leapfrog Nuclear Powerā€ is in the first comment below.

Full Disclosure: We (the Real Creative Agency) saw this very unique opportunity and reached out to AMFN. We wanted to help tell this story because it offers a highly asymmetric opportunity….but the technology would need to be simplified for investors.

They hired us to help tell their story to the investing community. The compensation and disclaimer can be found on our site (Real Creative Agency dot com) under the many articles we have written about this company.

Lots of fraud allegations and no tech to show
I’d skip

u/KTRyan30 Jul 12 '26

There supposed to be demoing next month, I'm highly skeptical and they totally might be a fraud, but at $0.09 a share I bought some lotto tickets.

I have a stop loss in $0.07

u/Jaquing-Porneaux Jul 12 '26

What brokerage did you use? I have several, and none have allowed a purchase of this stock. I haven't tried for a few weeks, so maybe the cause I was running into is no longer a thing.

u/KTRyan30 Jul 12 '26

Fidelity, a lot of brokerage don't allow access to OTC markets, for good reason.

I use vanguard for my responsible investing and fidelity for my degenerate gambling.

u/Jaquing-Porneaux Jul 12 '26

Thanks!

u/bigheadstrikesagain Jul 13 '26

I use Etrade for degen antics. Never a problem.

u/bitofftoomuch Jul 12 '26

We must gamble at different levels, Fidelity routinely blocks my purchase of listed stocks because they are too volatile.

u/KTRyan30 Jul 12 '26

Usually you just have to call to place the trade.

u/Wild-Bed2100 Jul 28 '26

No brokerage should allow you to trade this total scam!!

u/johnnyshots22 Jul 28 '26

Lmfao šŸ˜‚Ā

u/johnnyshots22 Jul 28 '26

Yes before new management took over months ago. Old news. Things have massively changed. I suggest you catch up to the current news and updates .Keep an eye on it. You will have regrets.Ā

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

What fraud allegations? Please explain. Or maybe you can’t and that’s why you kept it short to save yourself from looking a fool.

u/Blaize_Ar Jul 12 '26

A problem you may not know is we know how to do fusion and do it today with small reactors for research, but we can't do it commercially because we dont have any physical material able survive being a long term reactor. Everything would rapidly degrade. We'd need to either invent a new material to make the structure out of or have the reactor be under constant maintenance to the point of being inefficient.

u/Altruistic_Fan_5122 Jul 12 '26

Whoa. It's like humanity is completely incapable of overcoming the current limits of enginuity and scientific understanding. That's not something we've ever done before

u/SOROKAMOKA Jul 12 '26

Nuh uh stonks go up

u/Surf-and-Ridemtb Jul 12 '26

I mean ….. why go to all this trouble fraudulently ? Wont they be up for potential criminal charges for defrauding investors and such, if just to ā€œ scamā€. Wouldn’t the top players be blacklisted and put in a category of ā€œ don’t hire, stay the fuck awayā€. i may be naive but if they can’t hit milestones and catalysts the stock price will not go up. They won’t hit that lottery jump themselves owning as many shares as they do. I do not think what the SP has risen to this year is their ā€œ fuck them sheep we got ours. Scam plan priceā€. So to me it just doesn’t make sense to put on display as a group of scientists, ceo, cfo, etc. A life’s effort (science wise) and scheme for all to see. This next showing is supposed to be 3rd party independently verified, they are filing the right forms, filing pattens constantly, why all of this to just FRAUD. I want to believe everyone involved in this is better than this fraud hype shit. Maybe i am wrong…. Again, and i lose…. Again. But what if they deliver ?

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 13 '26

When SpongeTech defrauded investors out of millions, they got a $1 fine. That was it.

u/Surf-and-Ridemtb Jul 13 '26

Just looked this up (sponge tech) and : there was no $1 fine. There were massive fines they got arrested and jail time.

CEO Michael Metter was ordered in the SEC civil case to pay over $52 million in disgorgement, plus interest, and a $6.1 million civil penalty.

CFO Steven Moskowitz pleaded guilty to securities fraud in the criminal case and was permanently barred from serving as an officer or director of a public company in the SEC case.

So why would AMFN top players think they could get away with intentionally defrauding ?

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 14 '26

Look up Mullen Motors as another example. They never brought charges up on him.

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 14 '26

The paid 1 dollar and that was it. Never recovered the money.

u/Wild-Bed2100 Jul 28 '26

They pump and dump and make multi millions.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

Yeah that’s some ai slop for sure. So bad that you start off mentioning an entirely different company. Amfn has nothing to do with rnwf anymore than the fact it used it as a shell to gain quick access to the public market. Since then they have cleaned up the insides. Court ordered cancellation of over half the os, dropped the as by almost half and completed all audits to become a fully reporting company. Their financials only reflect up to the end of march. 1 month after their merger was completed (Feb 27th). And revenue is not the main focus of a pre revenue fusion company. That will come after testing and 3rd party validation. I suggest you lay off the ai and try and use some of that brain you were born with to help keep yourself from looking as ignorant as you did just now.

u/[deleted] Jul 13 '26

[deleted]

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

Bout time he response i expected from a person who lets ai do the defaming and bashing for them. Just lies and unrelated remarks

My bags are up 300%

u/blackbeardaegis 16d ago

What bags I bought mine at .01.

u/Jaquing-Porneaux Jul 12 '26

You forgot to mention: (1) the website; and (2) proof of concept is just weeks away!

u/[deleted] Jul 12 '26

u/Jaquing-Porneaux Jul 12 '26

Full regard, brutha!

u/spinwizard69 Aug 01 '26

The web site should be a huge warning as it does nothing to communicate useful information for a potential investor. You would think that they would specify precisely their approach to fusion.

u/KTRyan30 Jul 12 '26

So, calls?...

u/BigSwimmer8947 Jul 16 '26

The recent announcement on July 16th 2026 indicating AMFN will present research at Fermilab next week at the Particle Conference is a step in the right direction for peer review. Fermi National Accelerator Lab in Batavia Illinois is a behemoth of science exploration and could lend AMFN much needed credibility.

u/Mr_Fermenter Jul 12 '26

Ha. I made a fortune when this ran to .20 a few months ago.

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 13 '26

To bad it was only on paper because you refused to sell it. :)

u/Turbulent_Goal8132 Jul 12 '26

I have 100,000 shares currently. This is a no brainer at the current share price

u/pep-tarded Jul 12 '26

Jeez. I’m sure you’ll convince at least one dumb future bagholder

u/Taspaco Jul 12 '26

Can I sell you a school of fish in the ocean?

u/Turbulent_Goal8132 Jul 12 '26

I’ve made good profit percentage so far

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 13 '26

No you didn't.

u/Turbulent_Goal8132 Jul 13 '26

šŸ˜‚ I absolutely have you 🤔 You have no idea what I have in my port 🤣

u/fromhisgrace Jul 12 '26

Fusion energy is still just a pipe dream and we're not anywhere near to commercial use let alone scalable results. Everything we have so far when it comes to fusion energy is basic research and some practical insights in experimental settings. I strongly doubt that we'll see a working fusion reactor in the next 25 years. But you do you.

u/Taspaco Jul 12 '26

What was the longest runtime? Maybe a maximum of2 minutes sustained output.

u/redpillbluepill4 Jul 14 '26

Did this really go 100x in the last 12 months?

u/iamtracefree Jul 14 '26

Yes

u/redpillbluepill4 Jul 15 '26

How do i find the otc stocks that are going to go 100x ? 🤣

u/NardDoggyDog Jul 14 '26

It went 2000x basically. Look at the whole year. .0001 to .20 cents is not nothing.

u/johnnyshots22 Jul 28 '26

Was in when it was RNWF. Looking forward to early retirement with this one. Up massivelyĀ  (multibagged already) but not selling. This will be a dollar by years end if not sooner. To the non believers, to each their own.Ā

u/LazyBackground168 Jul 12 '26

Let’s gooo $AMFN

u/iamtracefree Jul 12 '26

Link to the article mentioned in the post.

American Fusion's Texatron may LEAPFROG nuclear power

u/KTRyan30 Jul 12 '26

I own 20,000 shares, this could be a legitimate diamond in the rough and is their demo goes well next month I expect to be very happy with my gamble.

But... They might be total frauds and I would not be surprised to see a 50% drop if we start seeing news of delays.

That article is from a PR company they hired.

Proceed with caution.

u/lofml Jul 12 '26

This article about AMFN implementing PubcoZone’s AI that would utilize its ā€œAI Narrative Monitoringā€ to monitor anything that is being said about AMFN aka ā€œThe Companyā€ (tacky) and rebuttal any negative sentiment with The Company’s ā€œfactsā€.

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 12 '26

Another purchased news article

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

And one that’s not.

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 13 '26

At the bottom of the page I found on. Okdario.com which is this techy44. It says it was from the American Fusion website. Not a news article. Edit for spelling.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

That’s where she got the information for the article. She wrote that herself . I’ve read the actual pr and it’s not this.

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 13 '26

Don't get it twisted. I enjoy buying penny stocks and have had decent success. I've reviewed the info on this company a few times but it's still feels sketchy. The Mail Box store address is a HUGE red flag. I saw somewhere that they moved operations. Does that place not have mail service? Did the last? Match it with no credible coverage and I'm out. You're quoting an article from a news source in Madrid which doesn't give warm fuzzy feelings. I don't want to be somebody else's liquidity. This has New Jersey Deli vibes.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

I don’t know why that’s such a recycled narrative. They used Kepler’s facilities to develop their Texatron. No they aren’t going to make the address to the facility public as they were a private company working on a proprietary fusion engine. And as for the address change, This move is to allow them to do mostly everything under one building. As they had to outsource the construction of their frame from odessa Texas.

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 13 '26

It's your money and I wish you luck. With companies like these, long term accumulation is a shaky proposition. These kinds of companies I take my 10-25% if I can get it and maybe sit on a few thousand shares that are "paid for" by those profits. I'm doing that with a few now. Buy 30k shares at .03 and sell 27k at .04. Rinse and repeat. This is just an example but I believe in math. Patience is the key.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

And I’m just sharing an article written by a journalist not connected to American fusion or paid by American fusion. It’s showing that people are paying attention.

u/staffa_kartherma Jul 12 '26

I thought in one interview the president of the company claimed to be on track for a "Fusion Light" test by the end of June, then suddenly the narrative changed to the move to the Dallas area and away from Midland Texas to be closer to higher technology. Yet supposedly they are considering using a Texas Tech facility for testing. They moved further away from Texas Tech. Now they releasing almost daily PRs about the same thing first they pay a company to write a story including many other Fusion companies, then they release PRs touting the fact that they were mentioned in the original PR that was written in the style of a technology report. Seen this many times in the penny world.

u/KTRyan30 Jul 12 '26

I was under the impression that the timeframe to test Texatron was always August, there were talks and maybe moving it up to July, but that's neither here nor there.

If there's not positive news by September I'm moving on.

That being said if they actually deliver on what they're advertising, I'm one step closer to early retirement.

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 12 '26

Found at the bottom of that article.

u/staffa_kartherma Jul 12 '26

Check on the AI company Real Creative Agency was pumping for years. Verses AI, was halted not too long ago, possibly to never trade again after the AI company that claimed breakthroughs in "Active Inference" decided to get out of the AI development business. They also had a chief scientist who is world renowned. I think he resigned after years, when he realized they weren't developing any software based on his Ideas. I should say, scalable working software. JMHO.

u/iamtracefree Jul 21 '26

Gartner highlighted the co's technology 18 times in the last year. The ai solution beat Google's Deep Mind, OpenAi and Deep Seek. There are white papers with Volvo and Google with this technology. Having great technology and creating a product with it are two difft things.

u/The-Salty-gamer Jul 12 '26

I paper traded for over a decade. Would pick companies doing breakthrough science stuff, good contracts, decent balance sheet. Like carbon solid state batteries. Problem is breakthrough science only hits the market if the usa gov wants it to. Lithium mining is profitable. Would have been better off picking CAT. We won’t get fusion energy because usa gov needs bomb materials. Nuclear it is. Paper trading taught me I’m Really bad at swing trading. You do you.

u/Intelligent_Force193 Aug 01 '26

I bought AMFN at $0.10 and I’m planning to hold it for at least 5 years. My question is for those who genuinely believe in the company and have high conviction: where do you realistically see AMFN’s share price in 5 years, assuming the company executes its roadmap successfully? I’m interested in hearing your reasoning, not just price predictions. Thanks!

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 12 '26

It is going to reverse split.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

Not a fact. Just your opinion.

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 13 '26

You must be a bag holder. The stock is dog shit.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

Another person supplying nothing to back up their statements. Good opinion. Everyone’s got them.

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 13 '26

How many shares and what is your average? What makes you think this company will turn around without reverse split?

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 12 '26

Company address is a public mail box room.

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 12 '26

And all company news is by Globewire which is a "paid press release" news organization for self promotion.

Edit for spelling

u/iamtracefree Jul 21 '26

That's pretty common to note that a press release has been paid for.

u/the_voodoo_sauce Jul 21 '26

You are correct for most Micro-Caps because they are trying to get their information out there and I appreciate that. On the other hand, it's not verified by anyone which makes it basically an advertisement and not news. When an journalistic your organization is following or reporting, that's news. The difference is getting lost in today's society. It's like Facebook without all the people.

u/brock_lee Jul 12 '26

Not going to do the research again, but I looked into this a couple of months ago and there was absolutely nothing, zero, nada, zilch there. Don't waste brain cycles even thinking about this. Anything they released to the press is 100% horse hockey.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 Jul 13 '26

Yeah you didn’t do any more than 5 minutes of research I can tell.

u/brock_lee Jul 13 '26

What a silly statement. You can disagree without being a child about it.

u/PSUMtnMan Jul 13 '26

No he can't. He won't provide anything to support why he is a bag holder.
