๐‘บ๐’•๐’๐’„๐’Œ ๐‘ฐ๐’๐’‡๐’ $SRXH โ€” Merger, Ticker Change, Special Dividend & $OPEN/ $SPCX Connection (DD)

Hey guys, here is my latest release, after ($ROLR, $RIME and $SUUN which has changed ticker to -> $PBK). Still invested in $PBK, and now $SRXH as well.

I have been following SRx Health Solutions ($SRXH) and think it may be one of the more interesting special-situation microcaps right now. It has been sold off so hard in the last year that I think given the upcoming catalysts it is bound to start trending in the right direction.

The market still seems to view it as the legacy SRx business, but the company is in the process of transforming into an entirely different story through its merger with EMJX.

Corporate Transformation:

โ€ข Shareholders have approved the merger transaction.

โ€ข Upon closing, the company is expected to change its name from SRx Health Solutions to EMJX, Inc.

โ€ข The ticker symbol is expected to change from SRXH to EMJX before the end of June (next 2 weeks).

โ€ข The company is expected to remain listed on the NYSE American.

This means investors could soon be looking at a completely different company, management team, and investment thesis than what SRXH has historically represented.

Leadership Angle:

One thing that caught my attention is the involvement of Eric Jackson, who is expected to become CEO and Chairman of the combined company.

โ€ข Jackson is known in investing circles for identifying turnaround and growth opportunities before they became widely followed.

โ€ข Many investors recognize him from his early bullish thesis on Opendoor ($OPEN), which ultimately produced insane returns bottom to top ($0.50 -> $10.87) after a 90%+ drop.

โ€ข EMJXโ€™s materials also highlight successful calls involving companies such as Opendoor and Carvana.

Past performance doesnโ€™t guarantee future results, but having a public-market investor with a visible track record leading a microcap is relatively uncommon.

Special Dividend Potential:

Another unique aspect is the recently approved plan to distribute 75% of profits generated from the companyโ€™s investment in Astro Investment XVIII back to shareholders when that vehicle is ultimately monetized.

โ€ข Astro Investment XVIII reportedly includes exposure to private companies, including SpaceX allocations.

โ€ข If those investments appreciate and are eventually realized, shareholders could potentially participate through future special dividend distributions.

Why Itโ€™s Interesting:

โœ” Merger catalyst

โœ” New CEO and leadership team

โœ” Corporate rebrand

โœ” Ticker change to EMJX

โœ” Potential special dividend

โœ” Indirect SpaceX exposure

โœ” Still relatively unknown to most investors

TLDR:

$SRXH appears to be transitioning from a legacy healthcare company into a completely new investment story through its EMJX merger. Between the upcoming ticker change, Eric Jacksonโ€™s involvement, and the potential future dividend tied to Astro Investment XVIII, there are several catalysts that could bring additional attention to the stock over the coming months.

Not financial advice. Do your DD. The reward outsizes the risk in my opinion given how much it has fallen already over the last year. You are buying at basement levels with multiple upcoming catalyst on the horizon. Let's bank!

30,000 shares at an average of $0.1184. you don't even need this to go above $1 to double/triple your money at this level. Merger hype alone will easily take it to the $0.50-$0.90 cent range IMO but your due diligence is missing the fact that upon merger closure, members of EMJX (Eric Jackson, others on the board) cannot sell their shares for a period of 180 days, which will make the tradable float much smaller

u/Emirnak Jun 12 '26

u/arcanis02 Jun 12 '26

Is this a short term play for you? What's your TP? Already in since last month

u/ulysse-x31 Jun 13 '26

looks interesting on paper, but what about the dilution ? Anyone ?

u/Capable-Promotion-84 Jun 13 '26

Dilution is a possibility but Eric Jackson has repeatedly stated that itโ€™s not the way he wants to go. Maybe once the merger closes weโ€™ll know more about his plans

u/NoOrganization1400 Jun 12 '26

Is it worth buying now , just under 15 cents? Or is it too late to get in? I was hoping to get in at 11-11.5

u/rickster9 Jun 12 '26

Itโ€™s still insanely oversold, looking at the 52w chart we have a lot of room to make our way up and the catalysts in the next 2 weeks are massive. Do whatever youโ€™re comfortable with though!

u/NoOrganization1400 Jun 12 '26

Thanks. I am going to see where it sits on Monday. Hopefully it will settle back at around .12-13 . Either way Iโ€™ll buy in unless the price is crazy high

u/BrasilianReptilian Jun 13 '26

Itโ€™s not getting listed on the NASDAQ so it does not need to be $1.00. It will be on the American NYSE and needs to hold a minimum of $0.20

u/Unique_Bed1541 Jun 14 '26

Reverse split?

u/NoOrganization1400 Jun 13 '26

Good insight thanks bro , what is the page?

You got me beat -364,000. Just lagging behind.

u/2ForEmbellishing Jun 13 '26

I donโ€™t think we are seeing the same number.

u/Negative334 Jun 13 '26

5X the average daily volume on friday, SpaceX IPO ties, plus Opendoor (OPEN), Uber (UBER), Optimi(OPTH), Smartkem (SMTK) and it only mustered a 2 cent gain!

Hard pass on this diluting pump and dump scam

u/fragmonk3y Jun 14 '26

So what is the ticker I need to buy? SRXH OR EMJX?

u/rickster9 Jun 14 '26

$SRXH, it will become $EMJX in a merger (ticker change) in like 2 weeks

u/Admirable-Tonight612 Jun 15 '26

I heard reports it could be today, possible?

u/rickster9 Jun 15 '26

It can be any day in the next 2 weeks essentially

u/Beneficial_Star_3823 Jun 18 '26

Hey man, the stock dropped 30% today, do you know why? Will it go back up again?

u/rickster9 Jun 18 '26

Merger was confirmed, Eric Jackson as president, everything I expected / predicted. Possible sell the news scenario but iโ€™m buying more at these levels before the ticker change

u/Beneficial_Star_3823 Jun 18 '26

What can i do to not panic? I mean, i'm new to investing? Any tips are appreciated!

u/Beneficial_Star_3823 Jun 18 '26

And do you also have a possible short term price prediction?

u/rickster9 Jun 18 '26

Just hold the stock thereโ€™s no reason to panic? You donโ€™t realize losses until you sell. So hold and take some gains as it moves back up over time

u/Beneficial_Star_3823 Jun 18 '26

I love your point, will it go higher within 2 weeks? Or i should hold it long-term?

u/rickster9 Jun 18 '26

I plan to sell half on merger and ticker finalization hype and keep some for the long term
