$AMZE - CEO: "Watch closely on Tuesday" and doubles ownership stake - up 50%

I've spoken about Amaze here before and why I think they're undervalued, with the products they're currently rolling out (Amaze Live, Amaze Commerce and now Amaze Media) being big potential revenue catalysts. After some volatility in the share price leading my previous posts, the price has stabilised - until yesterday, where it rallied 50% and seemingly reached a cap in overnight markets.

Why? For starters, last week the CEO doubled his stake in the company, spending the equivalent of half his annual salary on shares. If he thought they were at risk of delisting or falling even lower, he wouldn't be taking a risk like that.

Secondly, he's teased on his Twitter about a possible announcement today - "watch closely on Tuesday". What this is I guess we'll see.

With a sub $5M market cap this thing has a lotta room to grow.

I expect the 1-8 stock split is going ahead and it might not be til Q3 that real revenue from their services materialise, but things are progressing. We know their commerce platform is already being used by the likes of record labels and beauty companies, so it's mostly just waiting now for everything to launch. Idk where you're getting the doubled deficit figure from, it only went up about 5% in the last quarter. Most debt was incurred from their reverse merger last year.

The CEO never seems to actually say anything. I think he's a bit of a fraud with dubious history who knows how to hype but not really deliver. I was in, and sold on the .2 pumps but don't think this is going anywhere for a while esp with poss rs.

Yeah that was my post lol. They're basically setting up an all encompassing platform for e-commerce, with brand deals, auto-generated products, live streams and integration into all social sites. It's pretty interesting.

Exactly why I got excited bout this company. Being able to stream live shopping cross multiple sites and integrate your own stores into them seems great for sellers. Plus their AI service can use your social media analytics and engagement to create bespoke product designs for you to then sell. It's a neat idea.
