𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐 Fusion Company Expected to Go "Public" This Week

A 100% pure fusion company is expected to "go public" this week, but some people have been able to buy it before it does.

Fusion is often called the “Holy Grail” of energy because it provides "always-on" power that doesn't depend on the weather or the time of day.

As of 2026, the push for fusion has moved from purely scientific curiosity to a race for industrial scalability, driven by the realization that our current grid cannot keep up with AI and industrial growth.

Right now, there is only ONE publicly traded fusion company…kind of.

Last December, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NYSE:DJT) entered the nuclear fusion race after it agreed to buy Google funded California-based fusion startup TAE Technologies in a $6-billion merger, creating one of the world's first publicly traded nuclear fusion companies.

But the TAE deal is expected to close mid 2026 and the fusion division is just one part of the company.

General Fusion is expected to go public in mid-2026 (in a valuation around $1 billion) through a merger with Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III (NASDAQ: SVAC), aiming to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “GFUZ”.

Both of these fusion companies are expecting to commercialize their technology in the 2030s.

Renewal Fuels, a company that hasn't filed with the SEC in almost 20 years, merged with Kepler Fusion, and the deal closed late February. This created American Fusion™

American Fusion™ AMFN is targeting a commercial launch by the end of 2026, and is expected to “go public” this week (May 14, 2026) if their Form 10-12G becomes effective.

If Form 10-12G goes into effect, AMFN would become the first publicly traded company focused entirely on fusion energy.

An Effective 10-12G can be viewed as a public market transition event similar to an IPO.

Just as an IPO requires an S-1 filing, these forms force a "dark" company to become an SEC-reporting entity. This requires the disclosure of audited financials, executive compensation, and a comprehensive breakdown of business risks. It effectively ends the "information vacuum" that surrounds private or non-reporting companies.

Many institutional investors and major brokerages are legally or internally prohibited from buying "non-reporting" stocks.

MOST BROKERAGE FIRMS don't allow purchases of AMFN....until it's fully reporting with the S.E.C

If, or once the form becomes effective, the company enters the reporting universe. This serves as a gateway, allowing professional capital and retail platforms to finally participate, much like an IPO.

For more info, Google "american fusion looks to leapfrog nuclear power"

I bought a small 10,000 share position. Hoping it does well and the tech proves to be good. With such and important field, potential is there.

u/KTRyan30 May 11 '26

I did the same, nice to see it up today.

u/Mr_Fermenter May 11 '26

Good move. Let’s see it breaks .1 after the form 10. If they start reporting as an SEC stock, could attract a lot more attention. My hope is the tech and company are as solid as they say.

u/KTRyan30 May 11 '26

They hit 0.10 today which I think is quite promising, and ya I'm very curious about Wednesday.

u/Internal_Display4627 May 13 '26

grabbed 10,000 at .08. .146 as of Wed afternoon. smells like a winner.

u/Super-Activity-4675 May 11 '26

Kepler is a legit company. They have over 200 patents on that Texatron reactor that they're assembling in Texas for a proof of concept. It's highly speculative.

It's worth noting that they have various flavors of Texatron, with the smallest being not much larger than a pickup truck with the capacity to power these AI datacenters being built in mass. If they succeed, the price will explode.

I wouldn't yolo into it, but if you have a couple thousand that you're okay with potentially lighting on fire, this is as good of a risk as any.

u/jhMLB May 10 '26

Fidelity allows purchases for AMFN.

This stock is highly speculative. I suggest if you're interested you only put in what you're fully okay with losing.

I like speculative plays myself sometimes but this is crazy speculative.

u/Ksan_of_Tongass May 11 '26

Been accumulating since it was $RNWF

u/iamtracefree May 10 '26

Agree..it is a very speculative stock. If they become fully reporting later this week, we can get a better sense of the co and what it could be valued at.

u/Actual-Historian-878 May 10 '26

Anyone that has spent anytime doing some due-diligence on this company and the individuals involved will see that they are the real deal !

u/jhMLB May 10 '26

I did some due diligence and the upside is phenomenal, but it's also still in a very speculative stage. They're not in the actual process of rolling out power centers yet. They're still in the research stage

I love the growth potential but you have to admit we're still very early in the process.

u/iamtracefree May 10 '26

Completely agree. But according to co they expect to have a 5 MW to demo..

They appear to be the front runner and have the lowest valuation.

Key point is most firms cant touch it until theyre fully reporting which cud happen this week.

u/Actual-Historian-878 May 10 '26

They are literally getting approvals from the state to begin testing .. they plan on getting independent validation of a working unit .. Hey you do you .. all I’m saying is the people involved are very credible and they are planing to be the first company on the planet to commercialize fusion energy. Worth an investment in my book !

u/mtnlol May 10 '26

There's a lot of "planning", "approvals", "testing" in your short comment.

u/MissKittyHeart 🅽🅾🅾🅱🅸🅴 May 11 '26

is amfn past the "office" stage? like a bunch of people in an office?

i invested in aeluma, a microcap, where the company is only an office with barely anyone in it, and its stock is erecting

i made thousands in a few days

u/jhMLB May 11 '26

They're doing actual lab tests. Right now just at research stage.

u/Adorable_Coffee_6069 May 11 '26

Go to AMERICAN FUSION for your DD not here.

u/d3mindu May 11 '26

It's getting less speculative by the day..

u/Internal_Display4627 May 13 '26

yes, bought at .8 through fidelity. a little surprising but I’ll go with it

u/Internal_Display4627 May 13 '26

.08 rather.

u/jhMLB May 13 '26

Awesome very nice entry point!

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

You need to do more DD if you are that worried

u/jhMLB May 10 '26

You need to be more cautious if you don't acknowledge the inherent risk of ANY stock investments, especially super penny stocks

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

🤣🤣🤣🤣 oooh scary

u/jhMLB May 10 '26

Sometimes I question if the people I converse with on Reddit are children or adults.

I have a small position in AMFN. I want to see it succeed.

Your posts are not helping at all for potential investors who are genuinely interested.

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

🤣 I have large position. You just sell.

u/jhMLB May 10 '26

RemindMe! 1 year

u/bankrupt_bezos May 10 '26

Moons high enough for Barron to get cash, then drops. Nope.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 10 '26

We can tell you don’t know how to read the chart. Thanks for making that apparent.

u/KTRyan30 May 11 '26

I bought 10k shares of AMFN, and an watching it closely.

u/Head_Claim3269 May 12 '26

Same. Got in at a little over a penny. Not expecting to make millions here but excited to see where this goes.

u/MetalCaliber May 11 '26

They're legit.

u/MetalCaliber May 11 '26

Kepler, is also doing sustainable aviation fuel $ECOX

u/kdavis307 May 11 '26

I’ve been holding 1.6m shares for about 5 months, I’m in for the long run 🤞

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

Kudos to you for spotting it early.

u/gwizard87 May 10 '26

Never ever will I invest in another SPAC. I don’t give a shit what it is. Never again.

u/Actual-Historian-878 May 11 '26

Just curious why are you on a board replying to a stock that you would never buy ?

u/pennychase May 12 '26

You only want to invest in a spac/pre merger below redemption rate and post merger if it is a hype stock on low float. I will make sure to eye this because hype stock! If you check a stock like Xanadu you could have made 5x your money in 2 weeks => hype+low float squeeze!

u/murziusrokas May 12 '26

Why not? What happened?

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

It's not a spac, you need to do some actual DD. You will regret missing out on this. I promise you.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 10 '26

What’d you use your alt account to post this. They did a reverse merger. You and your 5 up likes don’t mean shit.

u/FormalExternal1367 May 11 '26

Hey aren't we all alt accounts?

Before ai, there wasn't a catalyst for emerging energy ideas.. First it was chips, now memory, and ultimately power.

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

This is the opportunity of a lifetime

u/TheRealAdmin1 May 11 '26

Unfortunately this tech will be for quite some time "just 30 years away". What Noone talks about is the scarcity of the fuel, and how hard it is to obtain it. Most of the tests nowadays run on tritium which on global scale we have less then 50kg. That's just a few months of working for a full scale reactor.

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

It uses Deuterium (found in sea water) and Helium 3 (rare but they announced they're close to a supply agreement with large player

u/N00b_mom May 11 '26 edited May 11 '26

He-3 is a huge risk. Pulsar is the only company that has found any on earth but it’s mixed with He-4 and no tech exists to separate it. Also He-3 has three competing priority uses:

-Quantum computing and cryogenics
-Neutron detection (homeland security/nuclear nonproliferation)
-Fusion fuel

The government already tightly controls the existing He-3 supply through the Department of Energy and quantum computing is arguably a near-term national security priority in ways that fusion power isn’t yet.

So even if Pulsar successfully extracts and separates He-3 at scale, I question if fusion companies would even get access to meaningful quantities before defense and quantum applications absorb it.

That’s a risk the Texatron white paper doesn’t address at all — and probably should.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 11 '26

So you’re lying just to lie? There are numerous potential suppliers for helium 3, I’ve already narrowed down who I believe they made a contract with.

u/N00b_mom May 11 '26

Hey totally open to being wrong on this — genuinely curious what supplier you’ve identified. The He-3 supply chain is the piece I can’t get comfortable with. If they’ve solved that problem it changes everything

u/Fluffy-Ad6360 May 11 '26

Dude you know there are only thousand tons of helium -3 on earth EVER in total right?

Traces of 300g per year leaks out of volcanoes

Sell this stock bro

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 11 '26

Air Liquide (Airgas): As one of the world's primary helium-3 suppliers, Air Liquide (headquartered in France) operates in the U.S. through its subsidiary Airgas. They specifically market helium-3 for "aneutronic fusion" and emphasize their "stable supply" and specialized logistics.

Linde plc: This global industrial gas giant (headquartered in the UK) is a leader in processing and distributing rare isotopes like helium-3. They have a massive U.S. footprint and provide high-purity gases for advanced scientific applications.

Chemgas: Based in Houston, Texas, Chemgas claims to be the world's leading supplier of helium-3 and holds the world’s largest inventory of the isotope

Due to one of their recent PRs. I’d be inclined to believe it is Airgas.

u/Grouchy-Trade-7250 May 24 '26

Chemistry means the difference between poverty and starvation and the abundant life." – Robert Brent

u/Fluffy-Ad6360 May 11 '26

I won’t discourage you from buying this stock but always remember the science of fusion

Helium 3 no neutron fusion will only be used for niche applications such as space ships ( no neutron shielding to save weight.

Last year alone, the amount of lithium ( can be used for tritium breeding ) mined is 290,000 metric tons.

Does earth even have 290,000 metric tons of helium 3 at all?

You can actually wait for tritium to decay into helium 3 but why wait for decay when I can just use tritium fusion?

Deuterium deuterium fusion is the only hope for breeding helium3, but d-d fusion is magnitudes harder than lithium blanket tritium breeding

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 11 '26

Why are you basing it off of th world, as if they are going to power the world over night?

u/Fluffy-Ad6360 May 11 '26

What I am saying is helium -3 even when successful, won’t power the world over at all. Because of scarity.

u/Grouchy-Trade-7250 May 24 '26

A good question is if the fusion generates more energy than the process for production of He-3 uses

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 11 '26

Not to mention, more was found in minnesota

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

They haven't announced the co yet. I googled helium 3 and aneutronic fusion to see a list of potentials though.

u/N00b_mom May 11 '26

There are no potentials. People will say we can get he-3 from the moon…I don’t think they would send it back to earth it would make more sense to keep it in space.

I think fusion has been 20 years away for like 70 years. Fission is closer to reality. Look at NNE and SMR

u/TheRealAdmin1 May 11 '26

Well fingers crossed then because this tech surely is gamechanging.

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

This is extremely speculative but we should get a better sense of what a much bigger investing audience thinks of it once it starts "trading" later this week.

u/Super-Activity-4675 May 11 '26

It's worth noting that they supposedly only need a liter of H3 to power their reactors, which isn't that bad from a cost standpoint (a few k).

But, that said, there's a reason we're taking about putting a mine on the moon as early as 2028. H3 is plentyful there. Fusion is coming at some point whether its AMFN or someone else.

u/AENocturne May 10 '26

You want me to google it when even google's AI says the most likely path for this thing to reach compliance for listing is a 50-1 reverse split?

u/pennychase May 10 '26

If you talk about amfn, they are not going to main exchange just yet. No concern here. They go to otcqb so no reverse split.

u/iamtracefree May 10 '26

Exactly..I think the first step is to uplist to otcqb after Form 10-12 goes effective. If it does go effective, it can start getting on a lot more radar screens.

u/pennychase May 11 '26

It is already confirmed on otcqb

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

They'll be on Nasdaq before the end of the year. Mark this post and thank me later.

u/Pizzadontdie May 11 '26

This account has literally only commented on this one penny stock lol

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 11 '26

Because it's literally the best and most undervalued opportunity right now lol that's why I lol and loaded the lol boat lol lol

u/pennychase May 11 '26

I don't want them to go on nasdaq so quickly. I don't want them to reverse split at least before they have a commercial unit in place. Ideally it grows to $1 before they do reverse split.

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 11 '26

You have no idea what you are talking about

u/iamtracefree May 10 '26

The point of the article is that most investors cant buy this stock...if the form goes effective, the market opens up for a much larger group of investors. The current valuation to other fusion cos is at a deep discount.

u/Adorable_Coffee_6069 May 11 '26

Correction ,when, Thursday. Before you run your mouths and look so stupid do just a little research please. There are multiple investment firms where you can buy this right now, or wait till it is in the dollars, I'll even sell you a few shares when it hits 5 bucks. This will be on the Nasdaq before the end of the year.

u/playstationjeans May 10 '26

Every single damn company I look into is located in Texas. I'm in.

u/ComprehensiveLead631 May 10 '26

Company has a more than 50/50 chance of succeeding and that is not priced in simple as that

u/Altruistic_Bee_9343 May 10 '26

Where do you get the 50% chance from? No one has generated fusion energy for even 1 hour, most use more energy than they produce... People have been chasing this dream for decades. As a good investing exercise, can you say why you think this has more than a 1% chance of success?

u/Lulu1168 May 10 '26

Has anyone noticed the Beta on the stock is 61? How can that be possible?

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

Without enough attention and buyers this has been heavily manipulated and held down. That's about to end.

u/Obmo1 May 14 '26

Great call, congrats!

u/iamtracefree May 14 '26

Just getting started. Should be effective Thursday Thabk you

u/Arikomo May 15 '26

Did it become effective today?

u/Altruistic_Bee_9343 May 10 '26 edited May 10 '26

To my knowledge, no one has ever generated electricity from fusion for even 1 hour, and even if that is achieved, getting that to run for even a full day is a major step in itself. Most have never generated more electricity than they consumed. I don't think this even qualifies as high risk... I estimate 1% or less chance of success. People have been saying fusion energy is just around the corner - for decades... What have they actually achieved from a technical perspective?

u/oldscotch May 10 '26

No one has generated electricity at all from fusion. We only just hit ignition and held it for like 30 seconds or something. Getting above 1:1, nevermind scaling it up to something useful, is still theoretical.

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

This company did it, they're about to disclose it

u/Altruistic_Bee_9343 May 11 '26

If you say they did it and they are about to disclose it, it suggests that you have insider information? What is your source?

u/OneTrueDweet May 11 '26

Proof?

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 11 '26

🤣

u/OneTrueDweet May 11 '26

You laugh because I asked for proof? Why should I take your word on this?

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 11 '26

Do some DD lazyass

u/Altruistic_Bee_9343 May 11 '26

I think a reactor has run for about 22 minutes, but i don't know if any electricity came out of that.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 10 '26

Well you can think that way for the next 100, doesn’t mean anything. This isn’t to gain net energy, it’s to show it works. The next unit after that is to show net energy.

u/wanab3 May 10 '26

Technically nothing anyone knows about. The hype is real though.

u/iamtracefree May 10 '26

Nobody ran the mile under 4 minutes at one point either.

u/Due_Warthog725 May 10 '26

Tech isn’t there yet

u/iamtracefree May 10 '26

Co said theyre targeting commercialization by end of year. That's 2 years ahead of closest competitor

u/shes_a_gdb May 10 '26

Yeah and Elon promised us self driving cars 10 years ago.

u/iamtracefree May 10 '26

There are self driving cars. Visit SF, Phoenix, Austin, Miami, and a bunch more.

With today's technology, I think betting against breakthroughs is a bad bet.

u/Altruistic_Bee_9343 May 11 '26

Companies that make vastly simpler products miss their time goals by many years. Look at Joby Aviation, Tesla, Renergen - the list is endless. The question is if they will run out of cash or not.

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

You better grab as much as you can ladies and gentlemen

u/cornponious May 11 '26

I’m new at this but looking at it. I pull up this stock in WeBull and I see no way to trade.

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

Thats the problem, not everyone can buy it because its not fully reporting.

They expect to become fully reporting this Thursday

Agree.

Several PRs have implied that they are looking for non dilutive funding (grants, partners etc)

u/No-Sell-3064 May 14 '26

Ticker gives "Tech Labs" is that correct?

u/BDocTradestock May 14 '26

How are people getting in early? You didn't explain that. I can't find the ticker.

u/iamtracefree May 14 '26

Most brokerage firms wont allow their clients to buy stocks that are not fully reporting with SEC.

u/Potential_Factor_570 May 10 '26

SPACs majority of the time go to shit, stay away unless you like losing money. Just buy the company if you want after its over and save like 90% of your cost basis.

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 May 10 '26

Good thing it’s not an spac.

u/meitze May 10 '26

Yes, wait until it goes from .07 to $2 before you buy. And they're not rolling out power centers either, do some research or keep your head in the sand, up to you.

u/Potential_Factor_570 May 10 '26

Exactly and reverse splits 30:1

u/Impressive-Intern-61 May 10 '26

Obviously you have no idea what you're talking about

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

Yes..they're in the process of acquiring TAE Technologies for approz $6B

TAE was funded by Google for approximately $1.7Bapprox $6B

On Fridat MSFT announced they would be funding Helion (another fusion player)

u/schmearcampain May 11 '26

Where in this DD is information about this company’s ability to actually generate commercially viable fusion power? Because AFAIK, nobody can do that yet and it’s expected to take decades before it’s realistic.

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

u/schmearcampain May 11 '26

Did you read it?

"Kepler Fusion Technologies has conducted proof-of-principle experimental work demonstrating the formation of toroidal plasmas consistent with the Texatron™ concept. These experiments were performed at sub-fusion temperatures and were intended to validate fundamental plasma behavior, magnetic topology formation, and stability characteristics."

Sub Fusion Temperatures to validiate plasma behavior. i.e. they haven't even produced any fusion yet.

u/iamtracefree May 11 '26

That is correct. If they had i doubt it would be valued at $100m

Has Helion, TAE or CFS?

u/Stanwich79 May 10 '26

Will it come with Trump phone.

u/Glad-External8640 May 11 '26

Where Trump is in everything becomes a disgrace 😂keep your ass away

u/AoD_69 May 14 '26

This is a pump and dump, stay away
