This 1999 PC has 64mb of ram and a 4.3gb HDD

but by 2002 60gb and 80gb were commonplace, along with 256-512mb of ram.

I know people keep complaining about windows 11 requirements, but the PC in this picture won't run windows XP well which was only released 2 years later in 2001

I had a labotop with a celeron 450mhz and it ran windows xp devils own way better than windows 98se.
