Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Friends of mine were cleaning up tires dumped in a ravine and tossing them down to the team below. One of them had eyes it seemed.

Nah I don't know how he would have lined up the shot with the sun in his eyes

u/A_Math_Dealer 9d ago

No the tire is obviously a paid actor

u/AllHailLordCthulu 8d ago

Probably the tire from Rubber.

Impossible throw, not impossible catch. Dude at the bottom just let it come to him.

u/DeadCringeFrog 9d ago

the thing with tires - they accelerate, if he didn't get that lucky, he would be smashed bad

u/novasir 8d ago

"the thing with tires - they accelerate"

u/Trekf 9d ago

What was the plan if the tire stopped midway up the cliff face

u/RelevantIAm 8d ago

Leave it there

u/imallboutitboutit 8d ago

The last guys "left it there". This was a cleanup effort.

u/Pretend-Internet-625 8d ago

There sending the rest of the truck down the same way in pieces

u/NotYourReddit18 8d ago

Whoever threw the tire has to get it, they better have climbing gear nearby.

u/Mammoth-Ad-107 9d ago

now the question is. how did the tire get up there..

u/hairymonkeyinmyanus 8d ago

I was near the top of a mountain once and found an old refrigerator and wondered how it got up there.

Walked up to it and it was a crashed airplane from 40 years before. Well that answers that

u/imallboutitboutit 8d ago

Someone dumped them.

u/Ornery-Cheetah 8d ago

Is there a road above because that seems different to get up there

u/Kaurifish 8d ago

There’s noplace so difficult to get to that some mf won’t dump there.

I’ve been rafting down wilderness rivers when, oops, there’s a fracking car someone ran off the edge.

u/mannydangieri 8d ago

Hey that’s me!

u/imallboutitboutit 8d ago

You're the man Dan!

u/ComputerOpDelta 9d ago

Now let's talk about what looks like a burned out car on the train tracks... Catch that

u/gmo1997 8d ago

Shoot, I thought that was the DeLorean for a second. Lol

u/RelevantIAm 8d ago

No way in hell would I be down there with the possibility of this thing taking my head off

u/Darkart471 8d ago

Now put a guy in there and do it again

u/Ventura2099 9d ago

This is real. I'm the tire

u/desrever1138 9d ago

But I'm le tired

u/BlitzburghBrian 8d ago

Well have a nap

u/indian22 8d ago

And then launch the missiles

u/Rotting-Cum 9d ago

What a beautiful location.

u/imallboutitboutit 9d ago

Colorado, it's an amazing place to live.

u/Time-Object5661 8d ago

Where in Colorado?

u/WrongAcronym54 5d ago

I am guessing we're seeing the Durango & Silverton Railroad tracks next to the Animas river.

u/Rotting-Cum 9d ago

If I ever were to visit the USA I'd love to see Maine, Colorado and Montana. From what I've seen they're, imho, the most beautiful states.

u/imallboutitboutit 9d ago

I've been to every state but Alaska, I drive around 30k miles a year. North Carolina is really pretty as well, plus they have mountains in the West and beaches with warm water in the East. One day I hope to make it to Europe.

u/I_Am_Vladimir_Putin 9d ago

I will not stand for this Canada slander.

u/driftking428 8d ago

We'd love to have you Rotting-Cum.

u/DoctorHelios 8d ago

I would like to have seen Montana.

u/Thedopestbuddha 9d ago

Dickie Dan Johnson. He's always dicking around

Crosspost to r/detrashed

u/msjems 8d ago

This is extreme plinko!

u/Stock_Ad3694 9d ago

The tyre got tired from gravity 🫠

u/Comment_Maker 8d ago

3,000 takes later they finally did it

u/pjtpassword 8d ago

That is epic.

u/lihtnemees 7d ago

We can clearly see it's magnets

u/jakob0604 5d ago

This seems… dangerous! Also what if the tire got stuck midway? Would they just leave it?

u/Thelastreddditor 5d ago

Comedy and craft in one clip. Nice.

u/daddysslutpaige 3d ago

was this part of the clean up with Matt's Off Road Recovery? watching their video now lol

u/imallboutitboutit 3d ago

No lol

u/daddysslutpaige 3d ago

you sure, because at 32:40 "thread the needle" https://youtu.be/uKq1CIt9iSA?t=1958

u/imallboutitboutit 3d ago

Shit, I stand corrected

u/shoehorn2 9d ago

Seems fake from the camera jumping 🤷‍♂️ twice

u/mannydangieri 8d ago

It’s fake. The camera is also a paid actor. As is the tire. The human at the bottom. The river, the abandoned car. Everyone/thing was a paid actor
