I currently own r/The_IGCSE_Workaholics, and it's a branch of my non-profit TIW (The IGCSE & IAL Workaholics) which aims to helps students in the British international curriculum find past paper help from experienced students/ teachers, materials and resources, news from the British Council, so on and so forth.

The problem is, it's difficult for me to handle this branch alone by myself (since we have many, on whatsapp, Telegram, discord and more). And I don't have much experience with queues, bot configuration, spam handling, and more. I use reddit mostly as a user and this is my first community.

So if your interested, here are my requirements:

1. Our moderators have to be former or present IGCSE/ IAL students or teachers. Or at least highly knowledgeable about it's system.

2. Has experience handling other small communities/ sub-reddits before and growing them into bigger ones. Someone I can trust knows what their doing.

3. Can guide me (out of experience!) on what the community lacks or requires. A team of partners of sorts.

While our current team of two does okay with the content flow, the subreddit is starting to get more active again, at the same time I feel I'm also getting more busy again as I focus myself on other things, so I think expanding the mod team will help both cases

r/eatityoucoward has grown quite big - but we need more help. I'm fine with keeping an eye on everything but I feel we need some help from people good at navigating saved responses, rules and keeping things in check a lot more.

The main challenges we have on this sub are low effort posts/comments (2 or 3 word posts that overwhelm any particular thread); and general negativity - for some reason people who hate BGT seem to want to respond to posts about BGT! The 2 often go hand-in-hand of course.

We would be particularly interested in anybody who can help with a little automation to control some of this and enhance the auto moderation. The sub is seasonal to some degree, when the shows are being aired we are inundated with duplicate posts and comments.

Hi, r/venting is looking for mods. We are a smaller moderation team running a Subreddit where people can Vent without any arbitrary rules on formatting and such, we focus more on rules that prevent harm to complement the already existing Reddit rules. We do care a lot about the Redditors that seek a safe place in our subreddit for their venting.

We mostly take care of the moderation queue, debate over a few things like current issues, talk about more difficult moderation questions or how we can improve our resource support messages.

You will encounter heavier topics in our moderation que on a daily basis including suicidal thoughts, self-harm, sexual assault and such, which even when left for other moderators will still show the Title and part of text content.
