I recently spotted one group with 22. Not sure I've seen any with more.

I have 32 apps on one sub but they aren’t all enabled and actively doing stuff. I like to test them for funsies

i say there is no limit. i think that if they do a job well is more important.

They each do a specific thing, and all make things easier in some way.

I dont think it really matters until it starts effecting subreddit content.
