Honestly I did yesterday when I made two of them, misread the package and did an extra 15 seconds on accident. But stopped it when the popping slowed. And they were okay. I did the same with these ones tonight for the correct amount of time and they slowed down and stopped popping when the package said. So I don't know.

Popping corn in a pan/whirlypop was such a huge improvement for me. You can use different, healthier oils and seasonings, and if done right you get very few unpopped.

Different microwaves will pop popcorn differently. You could probably get away with a slightly longer cook time and that would pop more of the kernels

My go to is 2:30min. It’s usually done by 2min and I let it go until the pops slow down to about 2sec apart. I would say 2:15min is perfect usually on a good working microwave

Why are people still buying these bags of crap? You’re literally paying for a product you’re only getting partially given. It’s pop corn… go buy a microwave safe popping container, use a paper bag or buy a real popper - then buy kernels in bulk and pop it yourself. You don’t need a stupid bag that’s always teetering between / did I pop enough to CRAP I burnt it.

OP, did this bag come from the dollar store? I ask because I got a pack of mini popcorn bags that was absolute trash. Every singles bag popped like this despite different attempts to pop more. Leaving it in a little longer definitely got some more of them but a ridiculous amount were still left unpopped.
