As a dane I didnt even know Arla was in Australia or Malaysia. Is it their Protein pudding? If so. eating 3 of those will have a laxative effect.

I'm a Kiwi, I had to look it up as I've never seen them before, though I don't usually buy supermarket deserts either. It looks like it's not the protein pudding, but the vanilla cookie flavour. They've conveniently left that part of the packaging out of the product pictures though...

Edit - actually it is still a protein pudding, it's just not titled as such, but it does say it on the packaging.

Arla butter and cheeses are available here in Malaysia, but I've never noticed Arla puddings before. Now I want to go look for it.

mostly their cheese that I see in stores. I actually can't remember if there is pudding so I'll check later.
