Bought some my first manga first bleach and first jojo. I normally read manga online. I collect comics specifically Batman. I notice there’s a lot of hate towards grading. Wondering community thoughts because I have rule if it’s worth more than 500 I don’t read it. And my other problem is paying for fake manga on accident.

This came the other day. ADV's edition of Chrono Crusade. Pretty good condition and first edition which I only care about because those had the colour pages.

Pictures 3 and 4 are comparing it with the Singapore Chuang Yi edition I already had. I'm curious as to why the Chuang Yi edition has the original title mistake from the Japanese version despite releasing after ADV.

In the second picture, left is the Singapore Chuang Yi release and right is the Chuang Yi release distributed in Australia by Madman that I got years ago. Wonder why they altered the logo? I've seen both in my journey through the internet, but just wanted one volume of one with the Singapore logo. Consistency be damned.

I think I prefer them both over the Viz logo. The Singapore variant has the better spine of the two.
