do we think this could be salvageable? I am of course just throwing it away but I was wondering if I happened to do this with like a really expensive lip gloss if I would be able to part with it even under these circumstances… I have to believe I would be strong enough to just toss it instead of giving myself a deluxe microplastic lip mask

Contour: I used one of the taupe eyeshadows to create the contour. No blush.

I wanted to see if this makeup suites me. I got tired of fighting my dark circles and now want to embrace a “dead girl romantic look”

I taught a look today and this is what I ended up with on my eyes. We didn’t have time for false lashes or the rest of the face. This is my work on my eyes, but I thought I’d share! It was her first time trying colourful eyeshadow and a cut crease, so I chose an easy look for her to follow. It took me 35 minutes to do both eyes and I was using my phone front camera as a mirror. So I know it’s not my best work 🫣 Also included a photo of how I look without eyeshadow.

I have an engagement photoshoot coming up so I wanted to get new makeup for it, and I really liked my Eaze Drop as a lightweight skin tint instead of a full on foundation. Last year I bought it in shade 1, their palest shade, and it looked great! So I bought it again. Thankfully I had the sense to try it out before the day of the photos and immediately noticed it was too pale for my skin! I wanted to believe I was imagining it, or that I had gotten tan somehow (deeply unlikely, but stranger things have happened, I suppose!), but when I compared it to my original bottle the difference was obvious. I’m so disappointed! Just wanted to give y’all a heads up too.

Got a new eyeshadow palette today 😁🥳 it’s my first experience from Adept and I’m a fan so far. It’s the emo palette, I feel very inspired when I look at it and can’t wait to create more looks. That’s the appeal of palettes to me... I love a curated color story along with a great formula of course. The muted, cool, moody mattes and the fun holos, shimmers and multichromes are right up my alley. Maybe I’ll do a full review of the palette once I’ve played with it more. ✨

Does anyone know if this is getting discontinued? Especially for this shade babydoll pink?! It’s not available on Sephora Canada in-store or online, not available online on Sephora US, not available on YSL website, not available on Shoppers Drug Mart online or in-store…if someone can send me a link to this product on a reputable store I would appreciate it! I can use a package forwarding service if need be! Praying this won’t be discontinued!

I’m looking to get some new makeup brushes and I’m not sure what to go for. I was thinkingabout the SHEIN brush set in the last pic as it has pretty much everything in it, but I’m not sure if it’s actually worth it.
I already have a Morphe foundation brush but that’s it. I need a concealer brush, cream and powder blush brushes, andcream and powder bronzer brushes.
I was also thinking about the Makeup by Mario F4 but it’s quite expensive. I found what looks like a dupe, the e.l.f duo brush, so I could just buy two of those but I’m not sure if they’re any good.
I’ve also been looking at the Jessup brush set. What do you guys think? Would you recommend getting a set or buying a few individual brushes instead? Any recommendationswould be appreciated :)

Long time lurker and first time posting :) I've been into makeup since the pandemic and i find I'm getting a hang of it! Recently I've discovered purple/ berry tones work better than pinks and peach tones.

Tried a green and pink eye look today using the Makeup Revolution x Disney Pixar’s Finding Nemo eyeshadow palettes! 💚🩷 I’ve had these palettes for a while and really wanted to create something colorful with them. I love how the green and pink look together, especially with the sharp black eyeliner. What do you guys think? 🥰

Also, what do you think of my new hair? I recently dyed it blonde! 💇‍♀️

I LOVE the look of water lined eyes. I have tried gel pencils, brush on gel liners, I have dried my water line to the best of my ability and set it with powder. My eyes always water, feel sticky when I blink, and it wears off so fast. I'm talking within a half an hour. How do you guys do it?

I just started getting into makeup, and this was my first look. I feel like something looks a little off, but I can’t quite figure out what it is. If you have any tips or advice, I’d really appreciate it.
