Holding very gently, not pressing on the neck or anything but making sure the jaws don’t move

Had the pleasure of watching this guy enjoy himself a damsel fly. He didn’t stick the landing! But he did finish the meal.

Anole on a window! He seems very smug about his glass climbing abilities.

Both spotted last spring in southern NM USA at 4600 ft.
It’s good to know they are still out there.
But I do need to get a real camera.

My son noticed this little dude in out kitchen light fixture, need to know if i can release outside or..

Update!! So i added some warm water to a towel and put it a Tupperware and set it in the a warm sunlit area for about 2 hours. He was a little lethargic from being in the cool dry air of the house(I assume thats why)

Little gecko was much more energetic after and we took him outside to a bush by the house and let him free.

Found in the Missouri Ozarks on the Eleven Point River.

I saved the little guy from a glue trap, he was covered in gunk for ages and I had to feed him. He also dropped his tail and we're heading into the colder seasons and their tails are important fat reserves 💔 so I'm deciding to keep the bugger at least for the time being. Any care tips appreciated !! I know they like it more humid than most lizards and the temp I need to keep the tank at. I have a general idea of their diet but Google gives me what they eat in the wild 😭 I've been catching bugs from outside lol. I plan on giving him isopods, they'll reproduce fast enough compared to how much he'd eat and they're live. Is this a bad idea ?

Ps the cookie container was a temp tank 😭 dw (also I know I need more substrate this is just for the time being)

He has captured it. And due to it being invasive, I told him not to release it. (I really said that because I know my nieces would love a pet lizard).
Anyone out there that can help me offer the care advice?
What is the husbandry supposed to be like? Substrate? Temp? Humidity?
Diet? I hear it’s insects and veg, what kind of veg? How often do they eat?
How similar is it to caring for a beardy? I know they’re relatives.
Do they also have a third eye like a beardy does?

And I’m sure there’s anything I haven’t asked about that you may be able to educate me on, please do!

I have many lizards including monitors of my own, I’m no beginner, but I haven’t cared for a beardy or agama quite yet. So I figured I’d come to you folks for help!! Thanks in advance!!

not sure what subreddit i should
post this in so i thought this was appropriate to share here. i was at work today and had to change the marquee, and on the ledge for the letters to be placed i saw a small egg next to another crushed one. the picture is not very good but i figured it could be from a lizard since they tend to slither inside sometimes, does anyone know what kind?
it was off white with some brownish specks… this is also in southwest florida

(i ended up putting the egg back inside but in a much safer spot since someone else might not see it during the next sign change, and could end up crushing it)

Found him inside and escorted him out. Ik the picture sucks but he was squirmy so i wanted to let him go before he got hurt.

This was is the Northern/Central California area. I’m only used to seeing Western Fence Lizards around here so im not sure what he is. He was longer, skinnier, and had a thick yellow stripe head to tail.
