That's Choi Mingi aka. Ren. He used to be member of the boygroup NU'EST who existed from 2012 to 2022. I havn't heard much of him recently but well, to expect since hes most likly in the army right now (hes 30 though). Also he had a solo-debut when he left Hybe/Pledis and debuted somewhere else, but he didn't made much music cause he also focuses on stage play acting and yeah the army also hinders him at releasing music...
