[Free Release] Atria for iOS 17+

Hi everyone.

I've updated ren7995's amazing tweak Atria to work for iOS 17. The old version would crash to safe-mode when trying to access the editor so I've made it work again.

This has only been tested on iPhone 12, iOS 17.1.1 using dopamine 3.0.9, if it doesn't work on your version, raise an issue on my GitHub.

Let me know how it runs for you guys. The old project seems to be abandoned so I'll try to keep on top of it.

Edit: iOS 18 changed quite a lot about springboard (user can place apps in any position, no longer a simple grid), so I would test with caution. As soon as I get a device i can test it on, or someone else can give me a reproducible crash for me to fix, assume iOS 18 is not supported.

Thank you this is one of the best tweaks, ren was nice to listen & fix issues in the past.

Infact I dont think there is any alternative to this even paid?

No worries, and yeah no alternatives that I'm aware of, lynx 2 is pretty great but no way to change icon layouts.

You can change icon layouts in Lynx 2.

Lynx Settings > Icons > Layout (Homescreen).

However I think Atria has a better user experience. Thank you for the update.

I have no way to confirm this unfortunately as I don't have an iOS 18.3.1 device :/ If the tweak fails it will most likely just crash springboard or enter safe-mode but can never be 100% sure.

im testing it now on an a17 running 17.3.1 relaxin jb and seems to work

Yep testing now and putting the layout in want and i will comment soon after I’ve finished then reboot the device and enable the jb and see

just finished testing it on relaxin jb 15 pro ios 17.3.1 with a layout 8x9 home screen and 10 icons in the dock works great Rebooted the device twice rejailbreaked and everything is where it is perfect thank you

Amazing, thanks! One of the sorely needed tweaks when moving from 16 to 17…

Encountering a bug, unfortunately: On 17.3.1, triple tap correctly opens the overlay menu; but it is non-responsive and can neither be used nor closed.

Hmm that’s weird. When the menu opens, does it stay open until respring? I’ll look into it

Once the “What would you like to edit?” overlay opens, I can’t tap anything anymore, so I can’t check if a respring removes it. The only screen interaction possible is swiping (essentially opening / closing CC and notification center).

My way to get rid of the overlay is shutting the device down with the physical buttons; and then restarting plus fresh jb. Thanks for all your efforts!

Does it also do this when opening the editor via 3d touching an app?

Interestingly, I don’t have “Show recents” on and it has decided to show recents down in the dock.
