seeing people this determined makes me feel ashamed of my own laziness
•

It’s not laziness. It’s conditioning. Take care of your mental health and work on building a habit of caring for your body. Most of what we know as “laziness” comes from a lack of awareness and the state of one’s mental health

Wow wow fair play. If this doesn’t give you a drive to achieve something not a lot will.

How can he do "clean" reps if he is always wiggling around?
•
u/WombatGatekeeper 20m ago
Yea exactly, there must of been some close calls of him almost dropping weights on his head.

I think maybe with sliding support. The one machine people use to do clean squats but smaller? But I'm just guessing.

I've once met someone fitting the description. I was well into adulthood, and had managed to grow up thinking that they might be flawed physically, but they have other qualities that make up for it. He didn't. Had absolutely zero tolerable traits. Lied, tried to take advantage of people, preferably through his condition but not limited to it. Untrustworthy, vile piece of shit who constantly talked shit about others. And was very bitter that everyone hated him, including his family. Then again I have met dozens of very great guys and gals that have physical or mental disabilities, in work and in hobbies.

Wonder how he trained his leg

There are those squat machines that you lay down for, and he has control enough over them to walk for a good amount of time, as seen here, so he probably has quite a few ways he could build good muscle there.
