Help - inFAMOUS 2 Wtf happened to my infamous 2?

Playing through the game again I’m at the section where you power up flood town. My game becomes extremely laggy and has now frozen Cole permanently running in place. Could this be an issue with my disc? Game ran fine until I went towards flood town. Would me crossing the bridge prior to this mission corrupt the file in anyway?

Uninstall and Install the game data again? Maybe it was corrupted.

Update: I got Cole moving after I deleted the game data and reinstalled but after powering up a couple of the generators in flood town my game has once again frozen in place, tbh this might be funnier than the last one…

If your console isn’t modded yet and is compatible I would get cfw and overclock the ps3’s processor, doing this I got much smoother 30fps and with teh gos counter you can tell exactly where the lag is coming from
