All kidding aside… “Lake America” is the new name for the special Presidential Sewage Lagoon built on the White House grounds, and used to process the tons and tons of particularly toxic, greasy, and rancid hamberder manure produced by Trump and discharged into his enormous Presidential diaper on an unending basis.
Early on in his administration it was discovered that the White House plumbing and Washington, D.C.’s basic sewage system was inadequate to handle the amount and type of sewage produced by the President.
So now his diaper-changing handlers (usually blonde women), scrape the great greasy gobs of the President’s rank manure into large wheeled janitor buckets (which are gilded in gold) during Trump’s frequent diaper changes.
Then these reeking buckets are rolled through the West Wing to a special “sewage chute” that carries them through a special, large-diameter pipe system to “Lake America,” the sewage lagoon out back.
Once Trump’s waste and effluvia undergoes a breakdown process in nearby Lake America, its toxicity is reduced to approximately the same level of noxious ammonia as typical hog farm sewage. While still extremely foul, this treated Trump Manure™ can then be shipped to crop farmers across the nation and sprayed in crop fields as fertilizer.
