Dear reddit

I cannot write what I need to because the subreddit wont let me post it if I use the app**l word.

Basically the picture says it all. It's supposed to be lifted but nothing happened, it's been a month & I tried everything but nowhere is there any info on what to do now. How can I get my account back?

Can anyone help me?
