Profile When I first joined I might have accidentally put of "NFSW" on my profile and now I cant turn it off and I cant do anything due to age verification.

I thought age verification was only if you wanted NSFW posts or content and I do not want that.

I understand its for safety but I cant even message the people I messaged before that notification. It says " To access chat, followers, and public profiles, please confirm you are 16 or older."

It wont let me turn it off due to the verification, is the only option verifying or not?
