I really liked the Samurai Yonkai Aliens

It was the first time we ever saw aliens cooperating with humans and actually having a peaceful dialogue. It showed their intelligence, and they didn't have any supernatural abilities, just their swordsmanship and their height. I wish we had a little more of them, but soon after they betrayed them because of a stench

Yeah though, a pretty interesting pair that was shown to have more ability to reason and converse than many of the other aliens!
