It's a bit sad, seeing RB and Haas coming out with full gloss paint jobs, and Mercedes just doing the same even though there's a rule that you have to paint 55% of your car now. is just a bit underwhelming. It's an Ok livery, but they could have easily done something better.
Which is basically the same as not painting it at all, if they were just allow to leave it Carbon it won't effect the look of this livery that much at all.
My main fear now is not being able to tell the Cadillac and Merc apart. I hope Cadillac does something different, but all the team kit we have seen is mainly black with a little bit of white, also Cadillac rebranded in 2021 with there company colours becoming black and white.

Microsoft brings probably a partnership that allows to cut infraestructure costs in things like cloud services, either for their data simulations and other stuff like IT management. Plus, it's Microsoft.
But its also the most in your face location on the car, always visible for the cameras. And its in colour. And its ugly do you cant look away. I think they got their money's worth

I get it, but what if it's New regulations? You don't even know if it's broke or not. Also, Shouldn't someone at least try to change something in this time? New Car, New livery?
Haven't they played around enough during the last regs with the black, silver, black & silver ? This is already an evolution of last year as there's a lot less silver, more black and the AMG logo now right in the face.
The biggest changes we've seen so far are, imo, only "forced" by the sponsor (HAAS/Toyota GR) or a new engine supplier (RB/Ford). Not really bc of the new set of regs.
Am I the only one who thinks they tried to do a small iteration and that’s fine? I mean they’ve only had this sort of design 3 years. Not sure why they’d waste money on redesigning every year.
I mean they missed a little bit on it but I get why they have those hash things to be like an arrow, but it could’ve been more obvious. But other than that it’s like “okay whatever it’s a Mercedes”
Everyone seems to be critiquing, I love this livery design. Probably my second favorite so far after Haas, maybe even above Haas.
I’m reserving thinking about the RB new blue color until we see it on track since it seems like it might be a lot more subtle than the renders/lighting made it look
