The cost of a stamp has gone up .24 cents (.58-.82) and the base cost of Ground Advantage has gone up over $3 ($4.75-7.90) since the Dotard came back into office. They have also started doing surcharges for certain areas and surge fees for certain times of the year.

We are paying for their incompetence.
